This tut was written December 7th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Zlata_M
The tube is called "Santa Elf"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Austie Bost Happy Holly
Drop shadow is V-0 H-4 Black, 40, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Resize paper 9 to 75%, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 103, resize to 80%, add a fat white gradient glow with
Eye Candy 4000.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3, flip paste paper 10, paste,
invert, delete, select none.
Add a texture of choice.
Resize element 6 to 60%, paste on the paper, add a white gradient.
Resize element 94 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 12, change the x and y to 66, move to above the mask layer.
Resize element 40 to 75%, paste about center above the wordart.
Resize element 55 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 12, move below the wordart.
Resize your tube to 75%, paste above the tree to the right.
Resize element 3 to 50%, paste behind the tube to the right.
Resize element 27 to 50%, paste on the left behind the tube layer.
Resize element 98 to 25%, paste on the table.
Resize element 84 to 25%, paste on the table by the first gift.
Resize element 9 to 50%, paste under the tube to one side, duplicate, move
over to the other side.
Resize element 62 to 50%, paste below the pillow layer behind the tube.
Resize element 33 to 60%, paste on the right above the chair layer.
Resize element 41 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 15, paste at the lower right
above the tube.
Resize element 45 to 25%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 5, 21 and 23 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Rotate one 90 degrees to the right.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 83 to 40%, paste by the popcorn box, duplicate, move over a little.
Duplicate, erase one, place on the box, duplicate a couple more times.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste at the bottom to the left.
Resize element 90 to 20%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 92 to 30%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste on the table.
Resize element 93 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the table.
Resize element 98 to 35%, paste behind the table by the other gift.
Resize element 2 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 89 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 75%, paste on the table below
the tube and milk pitcher.
Go back to the ornaments at the lower right, duplicate each one, move to the
left how you like.
Ornaments of choice for the tree if you want to decorate it.
Resize element 47 and 48 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 79 to 65%, paste on the left above the table.
Resize element 87 to 35%, paste on the handle of the shovel.
Resize element 94 to 35%, paste at the lower left above the mask layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
