This tut was written December 14th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Zlata_M
The tube is called "Kitty Sisi"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Cat Shop
Drop shadow is V-1 H-4 Black, 50, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
I always fill with white and delete the white layer at the end.
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize larger to 110%, move down more on the left, duplicate, move
to the right and up more.
Paste element 063 and move up a bit.
Resize element 026 to 45%, paste at the lower left.
Paste your tube above the gift where you like.
Resize element 59 to 40%, paste at the bottom left above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube on the right.
Resize element 163 to 35%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 100 to 85%, paste on the left above the mask and move up,
duplicate, mirror, move how you like on the right, erase any stem that
might be showing at the bottom, duplicate once more, move to the top and to
the left so just a couple of the berries shows.
Resize element 53 to 50%, paste at the lower right above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, adjust.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer, duplicate
twice, move one up on the gift, and the other to the lower right.
Duplicate the bigger one once more, move more to the center at the bottom.
Resize element 099 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 156 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the ornaments, duplicate, resize
to 75%, move to the left.
Resize element 157 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right below the other elements.
Resize element 19 to 30%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer now.
Resize element 170 to 25%, paste above the tube layer at the bottom.
Resize element 155 to 105, paste on top of the ornament on the left.
Resize element 127 to 25%, paste below the tube layer at the left on the leaves,
duplicate, move down to the right on the santa bag.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, sharpen once.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges

Then add your copyright and name.
