This tut was written January 30th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Tube is Red Roses 2023
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 40, 10, Black or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, close the
original, delete the credits and wordart.
Go to Image, Canvas size, 800 x 800.
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Layers 1, 3, 4 and 6, resize paper 20 to 50%, paste, invert, delete.
Apply Eye Candy 4000, glass with these settings on each layer
Bevel width 10.80
Smoothness 75
30, 35, 50, 0, 50
Lighting 267, 65
100, 40
Highlight color white
Delete each layer of the template as you go along.
Layers 2 and 5, resize paper 21 to 50%, paste, invert, delete, apply the Glass setting.
Select layer 7, resize paper 8 to 65%, paste, invert, delete, glass setting.
Paste frame 9, free rotate to the left at 90, resize to 85%, paste on the circle,
click inside with the magic wand, with paper 8 still resized to 65%, paste, invert,
delete, move below the frame.
Resize your tube to 32%, paste on the frame.
Paste Doodle 1 above the mask layer at the top, duplicate, move down to
the bottom.
Paste Doodle 3 below the circle layer at the top, duplicate, move down to
the bottom.
Paste flower 4, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move toward the bottom.
Resize the love cluster to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Paste small hanging hearts 1 on the left above the frame, move up, erase some
of the chain part, duplicate, mirror.
Resize flower 6 to 85%, paste behind the tube above the hanging hearts.
Resize heart 1 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 25%, paste on the left below
the love cluster.
Paste the heart pin on the left below the tube, erase the part showing at the bottom.
Resize the heart on a stick to 35%, paste by the other heart.
Resize the dangling hearts to 50%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer,
duplicate, merge down.
Resize heart leafs to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize locked hearts to 25%, paste on the leaf heart.
Resize flower 11 to 25%, paste below the leaf heart.
Change the color of the Bling Bubbles, go to Adjust-Hue and Saturation
Colorize both numbers on 255.
Duplicate the bubbles 3 more times and paste above the mask at each corner.
Resize swirl 3 to 50%, paste below the bubbles on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move up.
Change the color of splat 1 to the same as above, paste on one side above the mask,
duplicate, mirror, erase any part showing at the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
