This tut was written January 17th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

1 Tube is included in the kit
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
Use the license where you buy the kit.
I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete,
merge group, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 22 to 65%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 41 to 60%, paste on the right above the frame.
Resize the tube to 30%, paste above the phone booth.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste at the upper left below the paper layer
of the frame, duplicate, mirror, move behind the phone booth, duplicate again,
move down some.
Resize element 119 to 25%, paste at the top below the paper layer, duplicate
three more times, move one to the left and move the other 2 to the right
more on each one.
This might get confusing but will try to do my best.
Duplicate the white flower that is behind the phone booth, move to the left
above the frame.
Resize element 30 to 40%, paste on the right between the 2 white flowers behind
the phone booth, duplicate, move above the phone booth and down,
duplicate, mirror, move up by the white flower on the left.
Resize element 30 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 29 to 40%, paste behind the tube, duplicate, move to the left,
duplicate again, mirror, adjust on the right.
Resize element 32 to 40%, mirror, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 96 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the tube.
Resize element 33 to 25%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 43 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, paste on the left
below the tube.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 103 to 25%, paste at the lower left below the violin layer.
Resize element 99 to 20%, paste on top of the book.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste on the sign.
Resize element 121 to 25%, paste on the left below the sign.
Paste element 25 being on the top layer where you like.
Resize element 39 to 75%, paste above the frame behind the tube.
Resize element 106 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the violin.
Resize element 47 to 60%, paste where you like.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag, resize, sharpen.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
