PTU Celebrate Mardi Gras

  

This tut was written January 28th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is included in the kit

You need a license to use this artist, please do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Awesome Kit contains 147 elements, 16 frames, 11 papers and 2 wordart

and 1 Bonus Cluster Frame and 2 Tubes

Font of choice, I used Mardi Gras

Drop shadow is V -1 H -4, 40, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, select all, add a new layer, paste paper 4, into 

Resize frame 4 to 60%, paste click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,

resize paper 2 to 20%, paste, invert, delete, keep selected.

Mirror your tube, paste in the frame, delete, select none.

Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 5, 

change the blend mode to Overlay or one you prefer.

Watch for shadows at the bottom to erase.

Resize your tube to 55%, paste on the right of the frame.

Resize element 9 to 40%, paste at the bottom left below the tube.

Resize element 59 to 30%, paste on the right behind the tube, duplicate, mirror,

adjust behind the hat.

Resize element 3 to 25%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 58 to 20%, paste at the bottom behind the owl.

Resize element 62 to 25%, paste at the lower right behind the box.

Resize element 65 to 30%, paste on the right behind the lantern, duplicate, mirror,

move down on the left below the lantern and hat.

Resize element 33 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the owl, box and bottle.

Resize element 21 to 15%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.

Resize element 27 to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 1 to 17%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 6 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the cupcake.

Resize element 80 and 86 to 25%, paste at the top on the frame.

Resize element 99 to 25%, paste below the paper layer of the frame on the left, 

duplicate, mirror, move down on the right, duplicate again, move to the top below the 

frame, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 86 to 75%, paste above the frame.

Resize element 132 to 80%, paste on the bottom layer to the left, duplicate.

Resize element 133 to 75%, paste at the bottom duplicate, flip.

Resize element 138 to 65%, paste on the bottom layer at the top, duplicate, 

flip, mirror, adjust at the bottom.

Resize wordart 1 to 30%, paste up on the left, add a fat white gradient glow.

Add any other elements that you like, make it your own.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
