 This tut was written January 24th, 2024 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using the awesome tube by © Stella Felice Art

The tube is called Antonella

You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Mask of choice, I uses Miz Teeques Mask 261 HERE

Font of choice, I used Gear Proportion

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 9, apply your mask.

Resize element 7 to 80%, paste.

Resize element 82 to 90%, paste behind the frame.

Click inside with the magic wand, resize your tube to 85%, paste, invert,

delete, paste paper 19 behind the tube, delete.

Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 8,

change the blend mode to Overlay, add a texture to the original tube, 

merge down.

Resize element 23 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

3 numbers on 20, 56, 60, move below the frame.

Resize the tube to 30%, paste to the right.

Resize element 43 to 30%, paste behind the tube on the right.

Resize element 22 to 55%, paste at the bottom above the tube.

Resize element 40 to 25%, paste at the bottom right above the sign.

Resize element 96 to 15%, paste on the right below the sign behind the hat, 

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 27 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the sign, free rotate 

to the left at 15.

Paste element 94 on the upper right below the frame, 

duplicate, mirror, let some of the gear show.

Paste element 103 behind the sign, change the blend mode to Multiply.

Resize element 108 to 40%, paste on the frame on the left.

Resize element 109 to 50%, paste on the element.

Resize element 98 to 30%, paste on the light.

Resize element 1 to 65%, paste on the left on the frame, erase the parts

at the top.

Resize element 5, 19, and 24, to 15%, paste at the bottom left above the sign.

Resize element 29 to 15%, paste at the top of the light.

Resize element 52 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the sign.

Resize element 58 to 35%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 59 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 20, paste at the upper left.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
