I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste mask 3, resize to fit your tag.
Resize 167 to 75%, paste at the upper left.
Resize 65 to 75%, paste above the tree.
Resize 66 to 65%, paste on the upper right below the tree.
Resize 63 to 45%, paste at the bottom of the house by the door.
Resize 87 to 45%, paste on the right below the stairs.
Resize tube 2 to 20%, paste on the left of the stairs.
Resize 33 to 40%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize 36 to 30%, paste on the right below the fence, duplicate, mirror.
Resize 53 to 30%, paste on the left above the tube.
Resize 59 to 30%, paste at the top above the houses.
Resize 49 to 30%, paste at the top on the house.
Resize 76 to 18%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize 78 to 18%, paste at the bottom by the steps.
Resize 82 to 12%, paste at the bottom.
Resize 80 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the steps.
Resize 37 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower pot.
Resize 27 to 40%, paste on the left above the flower pot.
Paste 22 at the bottom on the bottom layer, duplicate, mirror,
move below the first.
Resize 105 and 108 to 15%, paste one on the steps and the other
at the bottom.
Resize 46 to 25%, paste at the upper right.
Resize 169 to 20%, paste at the bottom left by the shoes.
Add any other elements you would like, resize.
Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.
Then add your copyright and name.
