This tut was written June 3rd, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
This is a quickie one
Open a new image 800x800
Paste paper 2, apply your paste, delete, merge group, take your pick
tool and fit your mask to your tag later.
Paste frame 2, move to the left a bit, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, move below the frame, then paste
your tube on the lower part of the heart, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Paste your tube on top of the frame layer, mirror, adjust.
Paste the backdrop on the mask layer at the lower left, duplicate, move up
to the upper right. Duplicate the lower left one and move to the right.
Paste doodle 2 at the upper right below the backdrop layer, duplicate, flip,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, adjust all to your liking.
Paste butterfly 2 on the right above the tube layer.
Paste the paper flowers on the left above the backdrop layer, duplicate, mirror,
adjust, erase any of the stem part you don't want showing.
Paste the wordart on the tube layer at the bottom.
Paste the string element 1 on the left at the bottom above the wordart.
Paste the feather element under the heart on the left, erase the button part showing
on the right of the heart.
Paste bow 1 under the blue heart on the left, duplicate, move above, erase all but the
stone part, adjust at the top of the heart.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
This is a quickie one
Open a new image 800x800
Paste paper 2, apply your paste, delete, merge group, take your pick

duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, adjust all to your liking.
Paste butterfly 2 on the right above the tube layer.

adjust, erase any of the stem part you don't want showing.
Paste the wordart on the tube layer at the bottom.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
