PTU Celeste Beauty

This tut was written June 27th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
Two Moon-Warm Wash Cloth
Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

Font of Choice, I used Aulyars Italic

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift, hit the d and duplicate, close the original.
Delete the credits, and the top 6 layers plus the light pink circle,
green circle and white circle. Also delete the little flowers unless
you would like to use them.
Go to Image, resize all layers checked, resize to 85%, then go to
Canvas size and make that 800 x 800.

Paste paper 10 above the white layer, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
As always adjust your mask to fit your tag better with your Pick tool.

Select the blue circle, float, defloat, paste paper 10, move down so the sparkles
on the paper show, paste your tube, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, on the bottom tube,
apply the filter, Two Moon, Warm Wash Cloth with these settings
130, 59, 19, 147, 8, 0,0,0
On the top tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the
blend mode to Screen, merge down.
Pink noisy circle, change the color by going to Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize,
change the numbers to
Hue 133, Saturation 255
Resize element 35 to 45%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, apply Mura Meister
Copies-Encircle, change the first number to 25, paste above the close up tube.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left side.

Select the green rectangle on the bottom, paste paper 14, invert, delete.
Select the light pink rectangle, paste paper 2, invert, delete, delete the
template layer also.
Merge the pink square right down with the pink square left, paste paper 14,
invert, delete.
Merge green square right down with green square left, paste paper 2, invert, delete.
Merge the dark blue rectangle top down with dark blue rectangle bottom,
paste paper 14, invert, delete.
Select the pink rectangle, paste paper 2, invert, delete.
Select the light blue rectangle, paste paper 4, invert, delete.

Resize element 10 to 75%, paste on the right side on the top layer, moving
down where you like, duplicate, move to the upper left behind the tube.

Resize element 39 and 40 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer, duplicate
the flatter one and move to the left on the tube.
Resize element 51 to 25%, paste below the tube on the left, duplicate twice more,
move over a bit and down, erase any stem showing at the bottom.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste at the bottom between the flowers and to
cover the edge of the tube.

Resize element 50 to 55%, paste behind the tube on the left, duplicate, mirror,
move below the flowers and to the right of the tube.

Resize element 25 to 35%, paste below the flowers at the bottom.
Resize element 16 to 35%, paste at the upper part where you like, below the template
layers.
Resize element 20 to 30%, paste below the flower at the bottom on the left,
duplicate, move below the flower on the right and up a bit, duplicate again, move
down and over a bit more on the right.

Resize element 22 to 35%, paste on the right below the white flower.
Duplicate the white flower and one of the blue flowers, move to the right below the
star with the straw bow and button.

Paste element 54 on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Paste element 29 below the green on the mask layer, arrange how you like,
duplicate a couple of times and move around.
Resize element 84 to 35%, paste at the bottom by the bottles on the right,
duplicate, move below the bottles.
Resize element 48 to 55%, paste on the left and down on the top layer.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
