PTU USA Independence Babe

This tut was written June 28th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Filters
EyeCandy 4000-Gradient Glow
xero-Bad Dream, Soft Vignette and Clarity

Font of Choice, I used Do I Like Stripes

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open your template, delete the credits, go to Image, Canvas size and
make it 800 x 800 or a size you prefer.
Paste paper 4 above the white background, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 21 on the mask layer, duplicate, mirror, add noise to both at
100%.
Layer 1 of the template, apply the penta.com filter, Dot and Cross, then
add a fat white gradient glow using
EyeCandy 4000, width 3,
25, 100
Layer 2, paste paper 5, invert, delete, add the same fat gradient glow as before.
Layer 3, paste paper 4, adjust so some of the sparkles show, invert, delete, add
the same gradient glow.
Layer 4, paste paper 8, invert, delete, apply an inner bevel with these settings
Shape 2, Width 2,
18, 9, 1, 10
50, 50, 30
Color White 
Merge layer 6 down with layer 5, add noise at 100%.
Delete layer 7 and 8 unless you prefer to have them.
Layer 9, paste paper 14, invert, delete, apply the same fat gradient glow.
Layer 10 add noise at 100%, add a blue fat gradient glow to the star.

Merge layer 12 down with layer 11, click on the red square, expand by 1,
resize your tube to 45%, paste on the right square, duplicate the tube, mirror, paste
on the left square, invert, delete, select none.

Merge layer 14 down with 13 and do the same as above with your tube, only do
them the opposite from the top ones.
Add the Xero filter-Bad Dream to each of these tubes, then the Soft Vignette with
these settings
Elliptical  
Foreground color, (your foreground color should be on white)
Diagonal dots
1, 1, 0, 255
Take your magic wand, click on the white parts of the frames, add noise at 100%.

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste in the center, on the top layer, move
the wordart Independence down more on the bottom, add the fat white
gradient glow to this also. It will be adjusted once the tag is almost done.

Add a fat white gradient glow to the top wordart and move up just a bit.
Paste element 118 on the right above the tube at the bottom, erase the big butterfly,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Move the wordart Independence up above the grass.

Paste element 124on top of this grass, duplicate, mirror, adjust down some,
duplicate twice more, move down more under the wordart.

Paste element 47 on the grass where you prefer.

Resize element 94 to 60%, paste on the left below the flower grass.
Resize element 18 to 60%, paste on the left below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 30 below the tube layer.
Resize element 27 to 75%, paste above the sparkles at the top, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 24 to 35%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move back
to the right.
Resize element 100 to 10%, paste on the headlight of the car, duplicate, move over
to the other headlight.
Resize element 100 to 30%, paste on the left at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste on the right on the oval layer of the template.
Paste element 99 below the car on the right, duplicate, mirror, erase
the extra on the tube.
Resize element 80 to 35%, paste on the left.
Resize element 120 to 75%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any background you had, merge visible.

Resize first, apply the xero filter-Clarity,
then add your copyrights and name.
