Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU kit Winter Dream by All Dolled Up!

With 155 Elements and 20 Papers this kit will have you
skating on smooth ice in no time.

Font of Choice, I used Christmas Day
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 17, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Resize element 18 to 90%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand by
10, resize paper 3 to 80%, paste, invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 120 on the mask layer, resize larger to 110%.
Resize element 62 to 40%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 14, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 19 to 40%, apply the same Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
with the same settings as before, move below the flower circle.
Paste element 28 below the paper layer of the frame, resize larger to 105%.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste at the bottom of the frame.
Paste element 146 behind the tube on the right, erase the wick part at the top.
Paste element 33 in the frame, erase any part showing outside the frame.
Resize element 70 to 50%, paste in the frame to the left.
Resize element 116 to 60%, mirror, paste behind the snowman in the frame.
Resize element 143 to 27%, mirror, place by her feet, duplicate, move down
a bit more.
Resize element 21 to 30%, paste below the boots layer.
Resize element 44 to 60%, paste on the left behind the tube's feet.
Resize element 86 to 35%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 42 to 50%, paste at the bottom by the animal tube.
Resize element 102 to 50%, paste at the upper left on the frame, either add
a fat gradient or add a new layer, expand by 2 fill with a color of choice, move
below.
Resize element 141 to 15%, paste at the bottom to the right.
Resize element 112 to 15%, paste on top of the wordart.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 17, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
