This tut was written Dec 1st, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 1 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 8, invert, delete, keep selected, paste your tube in
the frame, delete, select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Hard Light or one you prefer, merge down.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left.
Resize element 46 to 35%, paste at the bottom in the center on the frame layer.
Resize element 27 to 75%, paste at the bottom on the brown flower.
Resize element 6 to 55%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste on the
frame layer, duplicate, mirror, move above the tube layer.
Resize element 92 to 55%, paste on the leaves, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 15 to 35%, paste below the flower swag.
Resize element 1 to 25%, paste on the right below the swag.
Paste element 78 on the right below the paper layer of the frame, duplicate,
move to the left so just a little shows behind the tube.
Resize element 41 to 40%, paste on the right on the frame layer.
Resize element 55 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the tube layer to cover her
straight edge.
Paste element 30 at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste on the left below the swag flower.
Resize element 46 to 35%, paste on the left on the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 76 at the bottom being on the top layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Paste element 30 at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste on the left below the swag flower.
Resize element 46 to 35%, paste on the left on the tube layer, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 76 at the bottom being on the top layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
