This tut was written Dec 19th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Laguna

Supplies Needed
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.
Resize element 78 to 70%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 9, invert, delete, select none.
Add a fat white gradient glow.
Resize element 40 to 40%, erase the stem, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle
first number on 20, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle to element 61, first number
on 12, paste below the first circle, resize to 92%.
Resize element 63 to 40%, apply Mura Meister, change the first number to
20, move between the other two circles.
Resize your tube to 27%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 19 to 55%, paste behind the dog on the right.
Resize element 23 to 55%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 66 to 70%, paste on the frame layer behind the dog.
Resize element 41 to 40%, paste on the lower right above the dog's paw.
Resize element 14 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left under the feather.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste at the bottom behind the little girl.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste on the right on the bag of toys.
Resize element 12 to 45%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 34 to 40%, paste on the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror,
adjust both how you like.
Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the left by the smaller
packages.
Resize element 54 to 20%, mirror, paste at the bottom on the envelope of the tube
to the left a bit.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate, merge down.

Resize element 23 to 55%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 66 to 70%, paste on the frame layer behind the dog.
Resize element 41 to 40%, paste on the lower right above the dog's paw.
Resize element 14 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left under the feather.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste at the bottom behind the little girl.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste on the right on the bag of toys.
Resize element 12 to 45%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 34 to 40%, paste on the frame on the right, duplicate, mirror,
adjust both how you like.
Resize element 53 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the left by the smaller

Resize element 54 to 20%, mirror, paste at the bottom on the envelope of the tube
to the left a bit.
Add any other elements that you would like.
Close off any background you may of had.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, add your copyright and name.
