This tut was written Dec 12th 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste frame 1, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste
paper 6, invert, delete, select none.
Apply a fat gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000, width on 4, color white.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste below the frame, duplicate,
move above the frame, erase the parts outside the frame on both tubes.
Paste wordart 1 in the frame.
Resize cluster 1 to 75%, paste at the bottom above the frame layer.
Mirror and paste the deer below the frame layer to the left.
Paste the sleigh at the bottom above the other element.
Resize ribbon 2 to 85%, paste below the other elements on the frame layer,
adjust how you like.
Resize the ornament to 55%, mirror, paste below the sleigh element to the right
a bit.
Resize snowflake 1 to 90%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 12, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize the glitter splatter to 60%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 16 this time.
Resize wordart 3 to 50%, paste at the upper left on the frame.
Resize star 2 to 65%, paste on the lower right below the bow ornament,
duplicate, mirror, move below the ornament balls on the left.
Resize flower 1 to 45%, paste below the sleigh to the left at the bottom.
Resize swirl 2 to 75%, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle with the
first number on 16, move to the mask layer.
Paste charm 2 on the frame on the right.
Go back to the deer in the frame, duplicate, mirror, move up and below
the ornament with the bow on the lower right.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
