This tut was written Dec 3rd, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of LysIsange
The tube is Awesome, it is called "Pinup Xmas"

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 15, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
merge down.
Paste element 50 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 15, invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 93 down and center.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste sitting on the chair.
Paste element 28 behind the chair to the left.
Resize element 112 to 65%, paste below the tube at the bottom left,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate one and move to the center.
Resize element 79 to 45%, paste at the lower left above the tube layer.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the box.
Resize element 52 to 20%, paste by the other one.
Resize element 70 to 40%, paste at the lower right by the foot of the tube.
Resize element 30 to 60%, paste on the right on the frame, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move to the top of
the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 88 to 65%, paste on the greenery at the top left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 90%, paste on the right on the green branch,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 59 to 45%, paste on the left at the bottom.
Resize element 80 to 20%, paste on the right below the bucket.
Resize element 107 to 30%, paste behind the bucket to the left more.
Resize element 40 to 25%, paste on the right.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the bucket.
Resize element 24 to 55%, paste on the right below the green branches.
Resize element 62 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 90%, paste under the other
branches on the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move above the
bucket layer, adjust.
Resize element 57 to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 60 to 25%, paste on the lower right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Paste paper 15, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
merge down.
Paste element 50 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 15, invert, delete, select none.
Paste element 93 down and center.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste sitting on the chair.
Paste element 28 behind the chair to the left.

duplicate, mirror, duplicate one and move to the center.

Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the box.
Resize element 52 to 20%, paste by the other one.
Resize element 70 to 40%, paste at the lower right by the foot of the tube.

duplicate again, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move to the top of

Resize element 88 to 65%, paste on the greenery at the top left, duplicate, mirror.

duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 59 to 45%, paste on the left at the bottom.
Resize element 80 to 20%, paste on the right below the bucket.
Resize element 107 to 30%, paste behind the bucket to the left more.
Resize element 40 to 25%, paste on the right.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the bucket.
Resize element 24 to 55%, paste on the right below the green branches.
Resize element 62 to 35%, free rotate to the left at 90%, paste under the other
branches on the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move above the
bucket layer, adjust.
Resize element 57 to 50%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 60 to 25%, paste on the lower right.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
