This tut was written Dec 15th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of LysIsange

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
merge down.
Paste element 52 on the mask layer, resize larger to 115%.
Resize element 17 to 80%, paste below the circle.
Paste element 89 on the flower circle, centered.
Paste element 31 on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 38%, paste on the right.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the gift box.
Resize element 41 to 30%, paste at the top on the mask layer, between the
tree and tube.
Resize element 3 and 4 to 7%, duplicate several times, paste on the tree
how you like.
Resize element 13 to 14%, paste on top of the tree.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the gift box, duplicate, mirror,
move to the right below the gift bag.
Resize element 32 to 55%, paste on the left at the bottom below the flower.
Resize element 15 to 55%, paste on the right behind the tube layer .
Resize element 8 to 25%, paste on the sleigh.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower to the left of it.
Resize element 26 to 15%, paste on the right at the bottom above the flower.
Paste element 50 below the tube layer and move about center.
Resize element 77 to 20%, paste by the camera, duplicate, move down a little.
Resize element 20 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the sleigh, duplicate,
mirror.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
merge down.
Paste element 52 on the mask layer, resize larger to 115%.
Resize element 17 to 80%, paste below the circle.
Paste element 89 on the flower circle, centered.
Paste element 31 on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 38%, paste on the right.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the gift box.
Resize element 41 to 30%, paste at the top on the mask layer, between the
tree and tube.
Resize element 3 and 4 to 7%, duplicate several times, paste on the tree

Paste element 50 below the tube layer and move about center.
Resize element 77 to 20%, paste by the camera, duplicate, move down a little.

Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
