Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 23, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 59 to 85%, paste, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 18, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Resize element 87 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 69 to 50%, flip, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 14, move the other circle branch layer.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the left.
Resize element 103 to 95%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Paste element 75 below the paper layer of the frame, on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 90 to 45%, paste at the bottom by the right leg of the tube.
Resize element 93 to 40%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 91 to 25%, paste below the tube behind the legs at the bottom.
Resize element 87 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 40 degrees, paste below
the package that is behind the tube at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 1 to 35%, paste behind the dog on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 105 to 40%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 10 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the candle, duplicate,
move over to the left a little below the little elf.
Resize element 89 to 10%, duplicate several time and place on the tree how you like.
Resize element 88 to 10%, paste on top of the tree.
Take your free hand tool, draw around the upper branch on element 60,
resize to 40%, free rotate to the right at 40 degrees, paste below the
tube behind the dog on the lower left, duplicate, mirror, move below the
flower on the right, duplicate, move back to the left a bit.
Duplicate this one and flip, move back down behind the little elf.
Resize element 58 to 50%, mirror, paste on the frame on the right.
Resize element 100 to 30%, paste on the right below the green
branches, duplicate, move to the center more.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 23, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 59 to 85%, paste, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 18, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Resize element 87 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 69 to 50%, flip, apply the Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 14, move the other circle branch layer.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the left.
Resize element 103 to 95%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Paste element 75 below the paper layer of the frame, on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 90 to 45%, paste at the bottom by the right leg of the tube.
Resize element 93 to 40%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 91 to 25%, paste below the tube behind the legs at the bottom.
Resize element 87 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 40 degrees, paste below
the package that is behind the tube at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 1 to 35%, paste behind the dog on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 105 to 40%, paste on the right at the bottom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
