This tut was written Dec 11th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 11 to 85%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 45 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 14 below the snow levels.
Resize the tube to 20%, paste at the bottom on the snow.
Paste element 50 behind the fence in the center, duplicate, resize to 60%, paste
below the fence on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 102 on the right behind the fence.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste on the right behind the tube layer's dress.
Paste element 46 on the mask layer toward the top, add a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, move down and above the large ice cube.
Paste element 52 at the bottom under the snow elements to the left.
Resize element 42 to 85%, paste on the left on the mask layer.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the sign.
Resize element 49 larger to 110%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 96 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 32 to 60%, paste on the left below the deer.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the hand of the santa.
Resize element 88 to 15%, paste on the tree below the clouds at the upper left.
Go back to the white tree that is on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move down to the mask layer, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 104 below the tree that the owl is on and up some.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the lower left by the santa, duplicate,
move to the right below the squirrel.
Paste element 111 at the top below the tube layer, duplicate, move down some.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Resize paper 11 to 85%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 45 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 14 below the snow levels.
Resize the tube to 20%, paste at the bottom on the snow.
Paste element 50 behind the fence in the center, duplicate, resize to 60%, paste
below the fence on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 102 on the right behind the fence.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste on the right behind the tube layer's dress.

Paste element 52 at the bottom under the snow elements to the left.
Resize element 42 to 85%, paste on the left on the mask layer.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the sign.
Resize element 49 larger to 110%, paste on the mask layer.
Resize element 96 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 32 to 60%, paste on the left below the deer.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the hand of the santa.
Resize element 88 to 15%, paste on the tree below the clouds at the upper left.
Go back to the white tree that is on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move down to the mask layer, adjust to your liking.
Paste element 104 below the tree that the owl is on and up some.
Resize element 101 to 25%, paste at the lower left by the santa, duplicate,
move to the right below the squirrel.
Paste element 111 at the top below the tube layer, duplicate, move down some.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
