The tube is "Ember"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 146, duplicate, mirror, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 4, paste paper 7, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror,
delete, select none, merge the tubes together.
Duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Soft Light. Apply the Screen Works filter-Light Gauze.
Then apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Resize your tube to 33%, paste on the frame about center.
Resize element 57 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste below the tube.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste above the gift above the tube.
Resize element 78 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the left of the gift and
below that layer.
Resize element 71 to 65%, paste on top of the frame on the left, free
rotate to the right at 5 degrees, duplicate, mirror, duplicate three more times,
move to the bottom, mirror one and move to the left.
Resize element 59 to 15%, duplicate about 3 times or how many you like,
place on the greenery below the flower layers where you like, move one
down to the bottom by the open jewelry case.
Paste element 23 on the left below the bag.
Resize element 33 to 55%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 96 to 20%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 90 to 13%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 147 to 35%, paste at the lower right under the tube.
Resize element 91 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 44 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the coffee grinder.
Resize element 5 to 20%, paste above the coffee grinder at the bottom.
Paste element 146, duplicate, mirror, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 4, paste paper 7, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror,
delete, select none, merge the tubes together.
Duplicate, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change
the blend mode to Soft Light. Apply the Screen Works filter-Light Gauze.
Then apply the xero filter-Bad Dream.
Resize your tube to 33%, paste on the frame about center.
Resize element 57 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste below the tube.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 10 to 50%, paste above the gift above the tube.
Resize element 78 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the left of the gift and
below that layer.
Resize element 71 to 65%, paste on top of the frame on the left, free
rotate to the right at 5 degrees, duplicate, mirror, duplicate three more times,
move to the bottom, mirror one and move to the left.
Resize element 59 to 15%, duplicate about 3 times or how many you like,
place on the greenery below the flower layers where you like, move one
down to the bottom by the open jewelry case.
Paste element 23 on the left below the bag.
Resize element 33 to 55%, paste on the right below the tube.
Resize element 96 to 20%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 90 to 13%, paste on the chair.
Resize element 147 to 35%, paste at the lower right under the tube.
Resize element 91 to 30%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 44 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the coffee grinder.
Resize element 5 to 20%, paste above the coffee grinder at the bottom.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
