This tut was written Dec 14th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of choice, I used Grinched
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 12, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 141, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 13, invert, delete, keep selected and paste your close up,
delete, select none.
Resize element 149 and 150 to 30%, flip element 149, apply Mura Meister Copies,
first number on 26, move both below the paper layer of the frame, having
element 150 on top of 149.
Mirror your tube, paste on the frame on the left.
Paste element 139 on the right on the frame layer.
Paste element 70 on the left behind the tube, duplicate, resize to
75%, move to the right above the tree.
Resize element 76 to 75%, paste above the tree by the gifts.
Resize element 56 to 50%, paste by the yellow bag.
Resize element 34, 35 and 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the bags.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste below the bags behind the tube.
Resize element 72 to 75%, paste on the right being on the top layer.
Resize element 67 to 55%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 69 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the Grinch.
Resize element 93 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the dog.
Resize element 108 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the dog.
Resize element 11 to 30%, paste by the cookies, duplicate, move up on
the right on top of the packages.
Paste element 141, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 13, invert, delete, keep selected and paste your close up,
delete, select none.
Resize element 149 and 150 to 30%, flip element 149, apply Mura Meister Copies,
first number on 26, move both below the paper layer of the frame, having
element 150 on top of 149.
Mirror your tube, paste on the frame on the left.
Paste element 139 on the right on the frame layer.
Paste element 70 on the left behind the tube, duplicate, resize to
75%, move to the right above the tree.
Resize element 76 to 75%, paste above the tree by the gifts.
Resize element 56 to 50%, paste by the yellow bag.
Resize element 34, 35 and 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the bags.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste below the bags behind the tube.
Resize element 72 to 75%, paste on the right being on the top layer.
Resize element 67 to 55%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 69 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the Grinch.
Resize element 93 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the dog.
Resize element 108 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the dog.
Resize element 11 to 30%, paste by the cookies, duplicate, move up on
the right on top of the packages.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Then add your copyright and name.
