This tut was written Dec 17th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Santas Candy Cane"
She comes in different colors to choose from.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 70 to 95%, paste on the mask layer.
Take your magic wand, click inside each window frame, expand by 5,
paste paper 11, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, paste, delete, select none.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds with these settings
and apply to your tube.
5, 25, color on white, both boxes checked.
Resize element 27 to 90%, paste on the frame at the upper left, duplicate,
mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the left on the frame.
Paste element 93 at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 87 to 65%, paste at the lower right below the greenery.
Resize element 31 to 30%, mirror, paste on the frame at the upper right.
Resize element 1 and 2 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the greenery on
the left.
Resize element 90 to 35%, paste below the cookies on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 10%, and element 92 to 15%, paste both at the bottom
above the greenery.
Go back to one of the cookies, duplicate, move below the ornaments.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the greenery center, duplicate twice,
move each to one side.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the greenery.
Resize element 88 to 20%, paste below the flowers on the greenery,
duplicate a couple of times and move over more on each one.
Resize element 55 to 25%, paste below the train.
Resize element 89 to 50%, paste at the bottom below all the elements, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 66 being on the top layer.
Resize element 70 to 95%, paste on the mask layer.
Take your magic wand, click inside each window frame, expand by 5,
paste paper 11, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 75%, paste, delete, select none.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds with these settings
and apply to your tube.

Resize element 1 and 2 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the greenery on
the left.
Resize element 90 to 35%, paste below the cookies on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move to the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 10%, and element 92 to 15%, paste both at the bottom
above the greenery.
Go back to one of the cookies, duplicate, move below the ornaments.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the greenery center, duplicate twice,
move each to one side.
Resize element 52 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the greenery.
Resize element 88 to 20%, paste below the flowers on the greenery,
duplicate a couple of times and move over more on each one.
Resize element 55 to 25%, paste below the train.
Resize element 89 to 50%, paste at the bottom below all the elements, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 66 being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
