FTU Happy New Year 2020

This tut was written Dec 18th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Ellie Milk

The tube is called "Girl with Champagne 2"

You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of choice,  I used PW Happy New Year

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize frame 1 to 25%, paste on the upper right, click inside with 
your magic wand, expand by 5, resize paper 2 to 20%, paste, invert,
delete, select none.

Select the frame layer again, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, add a new layer, resize the 20/20 wordart to 50%,
paste into selections.

Add another layer, resize the city scape element to 10%, paste into
selections, select none, move below the wordart and lower the opacity 
to 40%, or whatever you prefer.

Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the left above the frame.

Resize the shoe element with the champagne to 25%, paste at the lower
left above the tube.
Resize tree 2 to 30%, paste on the left below the paper layer of the frame
behind the tube, erase the smaller tree on the right.

Resize the crown to 15%, paste at the bottom above the shoe.
Resize the music paper trumpet to 12%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees,
paste below the tube.
Resize the presents to 10%, paste at the bottom above the tube and below 
the crown.

Resize the clock to 10%, paste at the lower left below the tube.
Resize the candle to 10%, paste at the bottom above the crown.
Resize the perfume bottle to 10%, paste at the bottom.

Resize flower 5 to 5%, paste at the bottom by the glass and shoe, duplicate,
move over by the perfume bottle.
Resize gift 1 to 5%, paste at the bottom below the black gift boxes.
Resize balloons 3 to 25%, paste on the mask layer at the top, 
duplicate twice, move down on each side how you like.
Resize fireworks 3 to 20%, paste above the balloons layer, on the left,
duplicate, mirror. 

Resize the piano to 9%, paste on the lower right above the frame.
Resize the stool to 12%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 6 to 4%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on 
the stool.
Resize sparkles to 40%, paste below the tube layer.
Resize the smoke to 30%, paste being on the top layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
 merge your tag.

Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.

 Then add your copyright and name.
