This tut was written Dec 1st, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 73 and move up a little on the mask.
Resize element 75 to 50%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move both up, readjust once other elements are placed.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 79 to 40%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move
to the left, duplicate twice more and move both toward the center.
Paste element 51 on the rocks.
Resize the tube to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom to the right.
Paste element 28 under the tube to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 25 above the curly frame a little to the left.
Resize element 29 to 75%, paste on the right above the rocks.
Resize element 3 to 15%, paste on the tree on the left.
Resize element 40 to 30%, paste on the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 89 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 65 to 30%, paste on the lower right.
Paste element 56 at the top.
Resize element 52 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 43 to 45%, mirror, paste behind the little girl.
Resize element 69 to 8%, paste at the bottom by the wolf.
Paste element 21 above the tree layer on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 25%, mirror, paste on the right on the blanket
behind the tube.
Paste element 73 and move up a little on the mask.
Resize element 75 to 50%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror,
move both up, readjust once other elements are placed.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 79 to 40%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move
to the left, duplicate twice more and move both toward the center.
Paste element 51 on the rocks.
Resize the tube to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom to the right.
Paste element 28 under the tube to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 25 above the curly frame a little to the left.
Resize element 29 to 75%, paste on the right above the rocks.
Resize element 3 to 15%, paste on the tree on the left.
Resize element 40 to 30%, paste on the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 89 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 65 to 30%, paste on the lower right.
Paste element 56 at the top.
Resize element 52 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 43 to 45%, mirror, paste behind the little girl.
Resize element 69 to 8%, paste at the bottom by the wolf.
Paste element 21 above the tree layer on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 96 to 25%, mirror, paste on the right on the blanket
behind the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
