This tut was written Dec 29th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Elegance:Tarya
The tube comes with the kit, you need a license from ADU
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Vytorla Mix
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 100, duplicate resize to 90%, paste, take your free hand tool,
draw around the frame, add a new layer, paste paper 9, invert, delete,
keep selected,
paste your tube, delete, select none.
Resize the tube to 25%, paste above the frame to the left.
Paste element 32 below the tube and mirror, move to the right.
Paste element 137 on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 147 on the right below the car layer.
Resize element 73 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste by the perfume bottle.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the phone.
Resize element 84 to 15%, paste below the flowers.
Resize element 118 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the tube layer.
Resize element 130 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 15 to 60%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer,
add a white gradient glow.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste above the car layer.
Resize element 79 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the trumpet.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste by the face.
Resize element 102 to 65%, paste on the right below the car layer.
Resize element 36 to 35%, paste below the gloves and mask layer.
Resize element 20 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the reel of film.
Duplicate the red flowers, mirror, move below the trumpet on the right.
Paste element 100, duplicate resize to 90%, paste, take your free hand tool,
draw around the frame, add a new layer, paste paper 9, invert, delete,
keep selected,
paste your tube, delete, select none.
Resize the tube to 25%, paste above the frame to the left.
Paste element 32 below the tube and mirror, move to the right.
Paste element 137 on the left behind the tube.
Paste element 147 on the right below the car layer.
Resize element 73 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste by the perfume bottle.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the phone.
Resize element 84 to 15%, paste below the flowers.
Resize element 118 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the tube layer.
Resize element 130 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the tube.
Resize element 15 to 60%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer,
add a white gradient glow.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste above the car layer.
Resize element 79 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the trumpet.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste by the face.
Resize element 102 to 65%, paste on the right below the car layer.
Resize element 36 to 35%, paste below the gloves and mask layer.
Resize element 20 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the reel of film.
Duplicate the red flowers, mirror, move below the trumpet on the right.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Then add your copyright and name.
