 This tut was written  November 14th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Filters

Mura Meister Copies-Encircle

 Font of choice, I used Winter Vibes

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H 4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 1, apply mask 81, apply the 

same paper, apply mask 204, delete, merge.

Resize element 76 to 125%, free rotate to the left at 90, paste, click 

inside with the magic wand, paste paper 9, invert, delete.

Resize element 175 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

3 numbers on 16, 50, 60, paste below the paper layer of the frame.

Resize the frame to 120, move below the flower circle.

Resize element 174 to 30%, apply Mura Meister Copies,

change the first 3 numbers to 16, 52, 65, move below the larger frame.

Resize your tube to 55%, paste below the frame, erase the parts outside

the frame, duplicate, move above and erase any other parts.

Resize element 29 to 40%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 33 to 25%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 174 to 30%, paste on the right below the lantern layer,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 178 to 25%, paste on the left below the flowers,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 117 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.

Resize element 175 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the pinecones.

Resize element 18 to 20%, paste on the left below the flowers.

Resize element 25 to 25%, paste at the bottom right below the top flower,

duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 165 to 15%, paste at the bottom left, duplicate, move over.

Resize element 150 to 30%, paste on the left below the flowers.

Resize element 81 to 25%, paste on the left.

Resize element 154 to 25%, paste on the right below the flowers.

Resize element 74 to 20%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 138 to 25%, paste at the bottom right below the cup.

Resize element 136 to 25%, duplicate, mirror one, place above the lantern 

where you like.

Add any other elements you would like, resize.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
