PTU Northern Holiday

  This tut was written November 27th, 2023 for those with a basic knowledge of psp. 

I am using this awesome kit by Carita

Everything used in this tutorial is included in the kit

Read the TOU on how to credit your tags.

I used PSP2020...but any of them should work.

Drop shadow as you go is V -2 H -4, 50, 10, or use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, resize paper 1 to 80%, apply your mask.

Resize element 4, 5 and 49 to 50%, paste 4 at the bottom, 5 at the top

above the pond.

and 49 behind the house on the left, duplicate, mirror, move behind 

the house and the first trees.

Resize element 20 to 30%, paste at the bottom right. erase a little off 

the top that is over the green plant, duplicate, mirror, move below the

pond on the left.

Resize element 31 to 90%, paste at the top behind the trees.

Resize element 48 to 20%, paste on the left.

Resize element 3 to 20%, paste behind the Santa to the left.

Resize element 8 to 20%, paste behind the Santa, erase some of the 

bottom so the green plant shows more.

Resize element 30 to 25%, paste on the left.

Resize element 43 to 7%, paste up on the trees.

Resize element 27 to 17%, paste at the bottom left.

Resize element 25 to 17%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 7 to 8%, paste between the bear and girl, duplicate a few 

times, move where you like.

Resize element 9 and 13 to 8%, paste at the bottom by the girl.

Resize element 2 to 35%, mirror, paste on the bottom right.

Resize element 33 to 15%, paste on the pond, erase a little of the iceberg.

Resize element 6 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the moose.

Resize element 23 to 25%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 32 to 15%, paste at the bottom.

Resize element 18 to 20%, paste up by the house.

Resize element 38 to 15%, paste by the house.

Resize element 11 to 7%, paste by the house.

Resize element 16 to 10%, paste at the upper right by the house.

Resize element 50 to 40%, paste at the top, add a slight white gradient glow.

Resize element 26 to 25%, mirror, paste behind the wordart, erase 

the stem at the bottom.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you

 merge your tag, resize, sharpen.

Crop your tag to be sure no shadows or lines are on the edges.

 Then add your copyright and name.
