This tut was written March 20th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Acryle Script

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 10, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.

Resize element 56 to 70%, paste more toward the bottom.

Resize your tube to 65%, paste at the bottom in front of the bench.

Resize element 54 to 70%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees, paste below
the bench layer, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 10, adjust the window how you like, invert, delete,
keep selected, mirror your original tube, paste to the left, delete, change
the blend mode to overlay, select none.

Resize element 54 to 65%, paste on the upper right below the paper layer
of the frame, duplicate again, move to the left and down.

Resize element 3 to 25%, paste below the tube on the left,
duplicate, move above the tube layer on the right.

Resize element 99 to 25%, paste on the left below the flower, duplicate, move
above the tube on the right.
Resize element 33 to 40%, paste on the left below the purple flower.

Resize element 16 to 75%, paste at the bottom under the tube layer,
erase the larger part on the left, duplicate, flip and adjust on the frame
at the top.
Resize element 45 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the
tube layer and to the left more., duplicate, resize to 50%, place on the bench on
the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 13 to 45%, mirror, paste on the frame layer on the left, duplicate,
move to the right and down a bit.

Resize element 25 to 30%, paste below the bench on the right, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the flowers, go back to the one behind the
bench on the right and erase the part behind the bench, leaving the lower part
showing below the tube.

Duplicate the one on the left, mirror, move back to the left, adjust, erase
the big leaves.
Resize element 97 to 40%, paste on the right above the bench.

Resize element 5 to 15%, paste on the left below the other flowers, duplicate, move
over to the right a bit, duplicate once more and move over
to the right below the purple flower.

Resize element 60 to 90%, paste on the tube toward the bottom.
Resize element 94 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees, paste on the right
and up on the frame, duplicate resize to 45%, mirror, move back on the right
on the basket handle.

Resize element 92 to 15%, paste below the basket on the right.
Resize element 72 to 50%, paste above the mask layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 6 to 15%, paste on the right on the top of the bench.
Resize element 95 to 30%, paste on the left being on the top layer at the bottom.
Resize element 79 to 50%, paste on the bench layer, adjust.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.

Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.

Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
