Tramage-Tow the Line

Font of Choice, I used Harrington

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open the template, hold the shift and hit the letter d to duplicate, closed the original,
delete the credits.
Go to Image,  Canvas size and make it 900 x 700
Paste paper 2 on the bottom layer, apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Take your Pick tool to resize the mask to fit your tag better.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the right side.

Merge layer 2 down with layer 1 on the template, select all, float, defloat, paste
paper 12, invert, delete, select none, delete the template layer also.
Go to Effect, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel
Apply this bevel setting Bevel Shape 2, Width 2
18, 2, 9, 10
315, 50, 30
Color White

Layer 3, paste paper 3, invert, delete, apply the same bevel setting as before.
Layer 4, paste paper 10, move so some of the sparkles and the light clover shows,
invert, delete, apply the same bevel settings as before.
Layer 5, paste paper 14, invert, delete, same bevel settings.

Layer 6, resize your tube to 70%, mirror, paste, invert, delete, keep selected, duplicate
go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4, change the blend mode to Screen, hit delete again, select none.
Apply the Tramage Filter-Tow the Line
80, 54, 48, 9
merge down, apply the bevel effect, delete the template layer.
Layer 7, paste paper 2, invert, delete, apply the bevel setting.

Move the wordart where you like, I moved mine to the top, apply a fat
gradient glow with a color of choice.

Paste element 63 at the bottom, duplicate, have one above the tube, the other
below the tube and adjust.

Resize element 106 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the gold fleck layer.
Resize element 102 to 35%, paste by the hat at the bottom.

Paste element 88 just above the strip paper layer, duplicate, mirror, erase the center part
of this one unless you like the looks the way it is.
Resize element 18 to 75%, paste below the tube layer at the top.

Resize element 50 to 20%, paste at the lower left on the picture, duplicate, resize to 85%, move to the upper right corner of the picture.

Resize element 21 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the hat, duplicate, move to the
right below the tube layer, duplicate, move to the left a bit behind the tube.

Resize element 20 to 40%, paste below the flower layer and move to the left by the tube,
duplicate twice more, move out to the edges more, the one on the left,
move below the picture.

Resize element 35 to 85%, paste on the mask layer on the right and up a bit, duplicate,
mirror, move down a bit.

Add any other elements you would like.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.

If you want to do the Signature tag and Avator, follow the same
paper pattern you used on your tag, apply the same bevel setting to each layer.
Resize the wordart to 80%, apply the gradient glow and move to the left more.
Resize your tube to 40% or a size you like and paste on the
right on the signature tag.
Add your frame and copyright and name.

For the frames I uses Foto Frame-3AAA width at 3, Matte at 2, Opacity at 50

Resize the elements you want to use smaller to fit the Signature tag and place how you like.
Apply your frame and add your copyright and name.

Do the same with the Avator, follow the paper pattern.
Paste your tube and resize to a size you prefer, add your frame.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
