Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, resize paper 6 to 85%, paste, apply your mask,
delete, merge group, then resize your mask larger to 130%.
Paste element 61 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the right side on the lawn.
Resize element 60 to 70%, paste on the left of the tube, click inside with your
magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize you tube to 70%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Apply the Xero filter-Soft Mood, then Screen Works-Light Gauze, merge down.
Paste element 71 below the paper layer of the frame, move up and over to the left a bit,
duplicate move down so some of the flowers show on the left on both of them.
Paste element 7 below the paper layer on the right so only one chair is showing.
Paste element 49 below the wreaths, move up some on the left, duplicate,
move down some, erase any stem showing at the bottom.
Duplicate again, mirror, adjust behind your tube, duplicate again, resize this one to 60%,
move down more on the right, duplicate again, move in front of the chair leg.
Paste element 98 on the right below the paper layer of the frame and to the right of the tube.
Paste element 3 at the bottom under the leg of the tube.
Paste element 30 on the frame layer on the left.
Resize element 50 to 65%, paste on the left above the element you just placed,
duplicate, mirror, move back to the left, resize to 85%,
move down some, erase any stem showing, duplicate this one,
mirror, place by the leg of the chair.
Resize element 64 to 25%, place on the left on the lawn area.
Resize element 56 to 70%, paste on the right above the tree layer, adjust.
Resize element 52 to 70%, mirror, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror,
resize to 70% again, move up toward the top.
Paste element 92 on the left below the rabbit, duplicate, mirror, move down on the
lawn, erase any part above you don't want.
Resize element 32 to 40%, mirror, paste on the right by the tree, duplicate,
mirror, move down more.
Add any other elements you would like to add, adjust everything to

Add any other elements you would like to add, adjust everything to
your liking before merging. If you are going to do the Signature tag and
Avator, do not merge just yet.
Once done with the Signature tag and Avator,
Signature tag
600 x 250, fill with #dadf94.
On your tag, close off your tube layer, copy merged and paste, resize to 95%,
move to the right just a bit, not much though.
Then I took some of the daisies from the right of the tag you made, resize to 85%,
pasted on the left, erasing the ones I didn't want, duplicate, move up some,
erase any other part you don't want.
Take the butterflies from your tag, resize to 70%, paste on one side, erase some,
duplicate, place erase any part you don't want again.
Once happy, merge visible, add your frame.
Frame I used was AAA-Foto Frame width on 3, and I selected the
Black with Yellow Shadow from the drop down window.
Add the copyright and name.
Avator
Asize you want, my is 200 x 200, fill with #dadf94.
Paste your Signature tag, resize to 90%, sharpen once, move
to the left more, merge visible.
Add your frame of choice.
Add your copyright and name.
Avator, do not merge just yet.
Once done with the Signature tag and Avator,
crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
Signature tag
600 x 250, fill with #dadf94.
On your tag, close off your tube layer, copy merged and paste, resize to 95%,
move to the right just a bit, not much though.
Then I took some of the daisies from the right of the tag you made, resize to 85%,
pasted on the left, erasing the ones I didn't want, duplicate, move up some,
erase any other part you don't want.
