This tut was written March 24th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lysisange.

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap On The Hunt to match by Lil Mz's Brainstorms HERE
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste on the hunt paper, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
resize your mask larger to 115.
Paste element 59 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 17, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 90%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Apply Screen Works-Light Gauze filter, merge down.
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste on the hunt paper, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
resize your mask larger to 115.
Paste element 59 on the mask layer, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 17, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 90%, mirror, paste, delete, select none.
Duplicate your tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen or one you prefer.
Apply Screen Works-Light Gauze filter, merge down.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste at the bottom.
Paste element 106 under your tube at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 112 at the bottom behind the greenery.
Resize element 74 to 65%, paste on one side at the bottom above the fence,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 2 below the green circle wreath, move to one side, duplicate,
mirror, erase the parts that are showing inside the circle on both.
Resize element 3 to 55%, paste under the tube on the left, duplicate,
mirror, and move out just a bit.
Resize element 70 to 75%, paste on the green wreath on one side, erase the
part that is in the center, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the wordart Cute Chick to 75%, paste at the upper right,
recolor to match your tube, I went to
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize with the numbers as
Hue 205, Saturation 92
Then add a fat white gradient glow.
Resize element 107 to 20%, paste at the bottom by your tube.
Paste element 104 on the greenery at the bottom how you like,
erasing any hanging past it.
Resize element 67 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 109 to 60%, paste on the right below that last flower
you pasted.
Resize element 116 to 30%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 115 and 119 to 15%, paste both in the basket, take your free hand tool
to draw around the bottom of the eggs, delete and make them like they
are in the basket.
Resize element 95 to 10%, paste below the basket on the left.
Resize element 21 to 20%, place in the basket below the egg layers.
Resize element 23 to 45%, paste below the tall grass layer on one side,
duplicate, mirror, adjust both.
Resize element 34 to 75%, paste below the purple flower on the left.
Resize element 114 to 20%, paste at the top of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, move down some on the right.
Resize element 111 to 20%, paste on the plant leave on the left.
Resize element 27 to 45%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube, erase a
bit of the stem.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
