Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800
Resize paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
I added this color drop shadow to the mask #d9a583.

Resize element 60 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 6, invert, delete.
Resize element 6 to 55%, paste on the frame.

Resize your tube to 60%, paste below the frame, duplicate, move above the
frame, erasing the part you don't want.

Resize element 82 to 30%, paste on the left under the hand of
your tube.

Resize element 26 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube,
duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste under the
cup element, duplicate this one, mirror, flip, move down to the cup element,
take your free hand tool, draw around the stem and some of the leaves
to make it look like it is coming out of the cup.

Resize element 33 to 40%, paste on the left below the flowers, duplicate, move
up more, adjust again once flowers are on top of them, duplicate again,
free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, place under the flower at the bottom.

Resize element 3 to 30%, paste below the flower coming out of the cup,
you might have to erase more of your tube if it covers this up, duplicate, move
to the right being on the lace frame layer.
Resize element 95 to 30%, paste at the bottom and a bit to the right,
below the flower also.
Resize element 10 to 20%, paste on the left below the flowers, duplicate,
mirror, move back to the left.

Resize element 4 to 25%, place by the hand of the tube, being on the top layer now.

Resize element 18 to 30%, paste at the bottom under the flowers.
Resize element 50 to 20%, paste below the frame layers on the right.

Resize element 24 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower layers.
Resize element 46 to 55%, flip, paste at the top left just above the lace frame, duplicate,
mirror, flip, move above the paper layer of the frame at the bottom right.

Resize element 87 to 40%, paste on the left under the vase, erase a bit of the stem.
Resize element 54 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 30 degrees, place on the right,
duplicate, resize to 50%, mirror, move back to the right how you like.

Add any other elements you would like to add.
Then merge, resize, apply the Xero filter-Porcelain, then Clarity.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
You already resized, so don't resize again this time.
Add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
