Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800x800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 46, resize to 85%, place in the center.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the left.

Resize element 28 larger to 115%, paste at the bottom in front of the door,
erase all but one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 38 on the left below the door, resize to 95%, duplicate, mirror,
resize this one to 85%.

Paste element 36 below the door, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 37 at the bottom, being on the top layer, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate a couple more times and move down more.

Paste element 42, flip, arrange on top of the door, free rotate to the
right at 5 degrees, erase some of the ends on each side, duplicate, free rotate
to the left at 90 degrees, place on the side of the door below the first one,
duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Merge these 3 layers together.
Paste element 32 below the door layer.

Resize element 35 to 35%, paste down by the legs of the tube.
Resize element 5 to 60%, paste under the flower vine at the top, adjust,
duplicate, mirror, adjust the lights up under the others, erase the string on the
outside edge.

Resize element 47 to 35%, paste below the tree on the left.
Resize element 33 to 40%, paste on the left at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 19 on the left below the grass layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 59 to 45%, paste on the right on top of the grass layers.

Resize element 18 to 25%, paste on the right below the water fountain.
Resize element 60 to 40%, paste under the water fountain.
Resize element 15 to 20%, paste on the left at the bottom by the fence,
being above the grass layers, duplicate, move by the rabbit on the right,
duplicate again, move to the right in front of the bucket.
Resize element 14 to 15%, place on the grass where you like, duplicate,
move where you like.

Resize element 40 to 50%, paste below the tall grass layer on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 13 to 40%, paste on the left above the little white flowers,
duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 56 on the left below the tube, adjust, duplicate, mirror, adjust.
Resize element 43 to 40%, paste on the left below the leave of the flower, you might
have to move the flower up more.

Paste element 49 at the top on the flower vine, below the tube layer, erase
the parts you don't want showing, duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees,
place on the left side, again erasing the parts
you don't want, you should close off your tube layer to find more to
erase, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 51 to 75%, paste just above the tree layers on one side down lower,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate both clouds and move up toward the top
how you like the looks of them. I moved one above the door layer.

If you want the curve wording, I resize my tag first, then go to your preset shape tool
and select the circle, close off your background color,
doesn't matter what color you
use for the foreground to draw the circle, width at 2 or 3, draw the circle
out like you want, add a new raster layer, open the background color and
pick a color you want to use, hold your arrow over the circle until you
get a with a curve under it, then type out what you want to say, convert to
a raster, delete the circle layer.
I added a white background to the wordart and beveled slightly.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Then add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
