This tut was written March 6th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Font of Choice, I used Chocolate Box
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 17, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 30%, if using the same one I am.
Resize element 25 to 75%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the right.
Paste element 30 below the tube layer more to the left.
Paste element 56 below the mushroom layer on the right,
free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror, resize to 50%, move above the fence
once it is pasted.
Paste element 28 below the mushroom layer, duplicate, move to the left more,
erase any overlap.
Paste element 74 below the fence and move down some, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube layer by her feet.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste below the rabbit on the left, duplicate move over to
the right more.
Resize element 79 to 45%, paste at the bottom in front of your tube.
Resize element 20 to 45%, paste on the right above the tube.
Resize element 54 to 40%, paste on the right below the basket.
Resize element 61 to 60%, paste above the rainbow on the left at the bottom by the flowers,
duplicate, resize again to 60%, move above the fence and over to the right a bit.
Resize element 29 to 50%, paste below the grass layers behind the fence and toward the
left more.
Paste element 88 on the left below the flowers, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees.
Resize element 81 to 20%, duplicate, mirror one, place where you like.
Paste element 92 on the left below the green vine.
Paste element 82 above the birdhouse layer.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the right by the basket.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Open a new image 800x800, paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 17, apply the mask again, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 30%, if using the same one I am.
Resize element 25 to 75%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the right.
Paste element 30 below the tube layer more to the left.
Paste element 56 below the mushroom layer on the right,
free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, duplicate, mirror, resize to 50%, move above the fence
once it is pasted.
Paste element 28 below the mushroom layer, duplicate, move to the left more,
erase any overlap.
Paste element 74 below the fence and move down some, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste on the left below the tube layer by her feet.
Resize element 33 to 35%, paste below the rabbit on the left, duplicate move over to
the right more.
Resize element 79 to 45%, paste at the bottom in front of your tube.
Resize element 20 to 45%, paste on the right above the tube.
Resize element 54 to 40%, paste on the right below the basket.
Resize element 61 to 60%, paste above the rainbow on the left at the bottom by the flowers,
duplicate, resize again to 60%, move above the fence and over to the right a bit.
Resize element 29 to 50%, paste below the grass layers behind the fence and toward the
left more.
Paste element 88 on the left below the flowers, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees.
Resize element 81 to 20%, duplicate, mirror one, place where you like.
Paste element 92 on the left below the green vine.
Paste element 82 above the birdhouse layer.
Resize element 75 to 25%, paste on the right by the basket.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
