Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 5, apply your mask, delete, merge group,
resize larger to 120%.
Paste element 115 more toward the right.
Paste element 111 at the bottom left.
Paste element 112 at the lower right, tap the edge where the
drop shadow shows on the overlap with your eraser.
Paste element 101 on the snow.
Paste element 144 above the tree layer at the top, add a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, mirror, move down on the left, erase any overlap on the tree.
Paste element 92 below the tree layer and snow layers.
Resize element 103 to 50%, mirror, paste at the lower right on the snow.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste at the lower left on the snow.
Resize element 72 to 40%, paste by the first penguin.
Paste element 117 below the top tree.
Go back to the tree, duplicate, move to the left and below the igloo.
Resize element 113 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the penguins.
Mirror element 98, paste on the mask layer at the lower right, duplicate, move up,
duplicate again, mirror.
Paste element 145 at the top above the trees.
Paste element 130 above the tree that is on the right.
Paste element 59 at the bottom being on the top layer to the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 46 to the left being on the top layer.
resize larger to 120%.
Paste element 115 more toward the right.
Paste element 111 at the bottom left.
Paste element 112 at the lower right, tap the edge where the
drop shadow shows on the overlap with your eraser.
Paste element 101 on the snow.
Paste element 144 above the tree layer at the top, add a blue drop shadow,
duplicate, mirror, move down on the left, erase any overlap on the tree.
Paste element 92 below the tree layer and snow layers.
Resize element 103 to 50%, mirror, paste at the lower right on the snow.
Resize element 48 to 35%, paste at the lower left on the snow.
Resize element 72 to 40%, paste by the first penguin.
Paste element 117 below the top tree.
Go back to the tree, duplicate, move to the left and below the igloo.
Resize element 113 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the penguins.
Mirror element 98, paste on the mask layer at the lower right, duplicate, move up,
duplicate again, mirror.
Paste element 145 at the top above the trees.
Paste element 130 above the tree that is on the right.
Paste element 59 at the bottom being on the top layer to the right, duplicate,
mirror.
Paste element 46 to the left being on the top layer.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
