This tut was written Nov 23rd, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Buttercup
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize larger to 105%.
Paste frame 3, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 21 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 16, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 3 to 35%, apply Mura Meister, changing the first number
to 20, move above the flower circle, duplicate, move below the flower circle,
resize larger to 112%.
Go back to the Gold frame, duplicate, free rotate to the right at 45 degrees,
move to the mask layer.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste above the frame.
Resize element 18 to 40%, paste on the frame on one side at the top,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 29 to 40%, paste behind the element on the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 35%, paste below the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 32 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the other
pumpkin, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 24 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 16 to 40%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 25 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer, duplicate,
mirror, move between to two pumpkins on the left.
Resize element 41 to 80%, paste above the frame and down behind the tube,
erase any of the legs showing at the bottom.
Resize element 11 to 35%, paste on the table behind the tube.
Resize element 4 to 25%, paste on the table by the bottle of wine.
Resize element 5 to 25%, paste by the wine glasses on the table.
Resize element 50 to 12%, paste on the table by the wine and grapes.
Resize element 49 to 12%, paste on the plates.
Resize element 26 to 12%, paste by the plates and the dessert.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste on the table behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 52 to 11%, paste on the table in front of the tube's hand.
Resize element 15 to 50%, paste behind the pumpkin on the left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 22 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the
cornucopia.
Paste frame 3, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none.
Resize element 21 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first

Resize element 22 to 35%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the
cornucopia.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
