This tut was written Nov 16th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Vi Nina
The tube is "Xmas Kitty"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 45, 10, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new layer 800 x 800
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste to the left more.
Resize element 3 to 30%, paste below the tube to the left.
Resize element 2 to 45%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 75 to 65%, paste on the mask layer toward the top.
Paste element 48 to the left of the clock.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste in the cat's bed.
Resize element 5 to 10%, paste by the cat.
Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bed.
Resize element 6 to 15%, paste by the food dish.
Resize element 127 to 50%, paste on top of the chest, duplicate, move
down behind the cat.
Resize element 132 to 75%, paste on the left below the fish bowl.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste on top of the chest behind the greenery.
Resize element 17 to 10%, paste at the lower left by the cat.
Resize element 62 to 20%, paste on top of the clock.
Resize element 107 to 25%, paste on the cat stand shelf.
Paste element 110 above the chest and to the right a bit.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on the right behind the tree.
Resize element 40 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the cat.
Resize element 151 to 10%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste it by
the branch at the bottom.
Paste element 81 on the mask layer to the right, duplicate, mirror, move
down a little.
Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste to the left more.
Resize element 3 to 30%, paste below the tube to the left.
Resize element 2 to 45%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 75 to 65%, paste on the mask layer toward the top.
Paste element 48 to the left of the clock.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste in the cat's bed.
Resize element 5 to 10%, paste by the cat.
Resize element 8 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the bed.
Resize element 6 to 15%, paste by the food dish.
Resize element 127 to 50%, paste on top of the chest, duplicate, move
down behind the cat.
Resize element 132 to 75%, paste on the left below the fish bowl.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste on top of the chest behind the greenery.
Resize element 17 to 10%, paste at the lower left by the cat.
Resize element 62 to 20%, paste on top of the clock.
Resize element 107 to 25%, paste on the cat stand shelf.
Paste element 110 above the chest and to the right a bit.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on the right behind the tree.
Resize element 40 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the cat.
Resize element 151 to 10%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste it by
the branch at the bottom.
Paste element 81 on the mask layer to the right, duplicate, mirror, move
down a little.
Add any other elements that you like, make your own.
Remember to always adjust all the elements how you like on your tag,
then resize your mask if needed before merging your tag.
Once happy, close off any background you had.
Crop your tag to get rid of any stray edges, merge visible.
Resize, sharpen, add your Copyright and name.
