Font of choice, I used Christmas Time
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 128, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 14, invert, delete, keep selected and paste element 10
in the frame, delete, then paste your tube off center to the left,
delete, select none.
Add a blue drop shadow to the circle inside the frame.
Merge the frame, circle, tube and paper layer together.
Resize element 75 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 87 to 35%, apply the same settings with Mura Meister
Copies-Encircle, move below the first flower circle.
Resize element 50 to 130%, paste on the mask layer behind the other
circles.
Resize element 49 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies again, change the
first number to 24, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 105 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the flower.
Resize your tube to 65%, paste to the right.
Resize element 75 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate twice more, move both to the right more.
Paste element 128, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 14, invert, delete, keep selected and paste element 10
in the frame, delete, then paste your tube off center to the left,
delete, select none.
Add a blue drop shadow to the circle inside the frame.
Merge the frame, circle, tube and paper layer together.
Resize element 75 to 35%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 20, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 87 to 35%, apply the same settings with Mura Meister
Copies-Encircle, move below the first flower circle.
Resize element 50 to 130%, paste on the mask layer behind the other
circles.
Resize element 49 to 50%, apply Mura Meister Copies again, change the
first number to 24, move to the mask layer.
Resize element 105 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the flower.
Resize your tube to 65%, paste to the right.
Resize element 75 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate twice more, move both to the right more.
Resize element 105 to 40%, paste at the bottom between the flowers.
Resize element 98 to 60%, paste on the left below the flowers.
Resize element 25, 26 and 27 to 10%, paste at the bottom to the left.
Resize element 66 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the flower on the
right, duplicate, move down a little.
Resize element 54 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the ornaments.
Paste element 125 on the mask layer on one side, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate two more times and move to the center more.
Resize element 68 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 76 to 50%, paste on the left above this element.
Resize element 91 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the other flower, duplicate,
move to the right by the other flowers.
Paste element 110 on the right behind the tube, change the blend mode
to Luminance(L).
Paste element 44 on the paste layer at the upper left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 42 to 25%, paste at the bottom about center of the flowers.
Resize element 117 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the flowers, change
the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Resize element 19 to 20%, paste at the bottom right between the flowers.
Resize element 3 to 140%, paste on the top layer.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Then add your copyright and name.
