This tut was written Nov 4th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome kit "Golden Thanksgiving" by Lady Dragus

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used AR Bonnie
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize Frame (2) to 70%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand by
5, paste paper 7, move down so the moon doesn't show, invert, delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter-Fritillary with these settings
5, 35, 45, 35
Paste element 23 in the frame, erase the leaves on the outside of the frame.
Resize your tube to 38%, paste at the bottom right above the frame.
Resize element 59 to 82%, paste below the paper layer of the frame.
Resize element 58 to 38%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first number
on 18, move below the wreath circle.
Resize element 2 to 40%, paste at the bottom left above the tube.
Resize element 19 to 30%, paste at the lower left below the cornucopia.
Resize element 35 to 15%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 24 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the cornucopia.
Resize element 44 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right.
Resize element 11 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the frame layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 55 to 155, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 40 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the cornucopia.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer by the cup.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste by the books.
Resize element 62 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the flower.
Resize Frame (2) to 70%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand by

Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 24 to 50%, paste at the bottom below the cornucopia.
Resize element 44 to 30%, paste below the tube on the right.
Resize element 11 to 10%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the frame layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 55 to 155, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 40 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the cornucopia.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer by the cup.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste by the books.
Resize element 62 to 15%, paste at the bottom below the flower.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
