This tut was written August 14th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Mura Meister Copies-Eincircle.

Font of choice,  I used  Messenger Pigeons

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 52, erase the bottom part of the frame, duplicate, flip, mirror,
free rotate to the right at 5 degrees, move to the bottom of the top frame,
line the sides up, erase more if needed, then merge visible.
Click inside with your magic wand expand by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete.

Resize element 3 to 25%, flip, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
change the first number to 20, move below the paper layer of the frame on
one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 62 to 35%, flip apply the Mura Meister filter again, changing the
first number to 20 this time, move above the leaves, duplicate, mirror,
merge down.
Resize element 15 to 50%, flip, apply the Mura Meister Copies again, change
the first number to 30, move between the other two circles, duplicate,
mirror, adjust.
You might want to use your Pick tool to do some minor adjusting on the two layers.

Paste element 19 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.

Resize your tube to 50%, place on the leaves.

Resize element 22 to 35%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Paste element 97 on the frame on the right, erase any stem showing at
the bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate once again, free rotate to the
right at 90 degrees, place on the top being on the frame layer to the left,
erase and stem showing on the left.

Resize element 93 to 35%, paste on the right below the tube layer at the bottom,
duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 11 to 20%, place on the leaves in front of your tube, take your
pick tool, hold the shift key, put the mouse arrow on the little square,
drag one side down and then the other side to
make the it look like it is sitting on the leaves better.

Resize element 27 to 60%, mirror, paste at the bottom above the tube layer
on the left.
Resize element 111 to 50%, paste on the right below the leaves, duplicate
three more times and move each one up more, duplicate one, mirror,
adjust on the left side below the leaves, duplicate this one two more times,
move up more.

Resize element 57 to 45%, paste on the left below the umbrella.
Resize element 109 to 25%, place on the leaves at the bottom.
Resize element 114 to 50%, paste on the paper layer below the frame toward
the left.

Resize element 29 to 35%, paste on the right below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 62 to 35%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 40 to 25%, place on the left at the bottom by the book.
Resize element 24 to 35%, paste below the book on the left.
Resize element 55 to 25%, mirror, place on the left where you like, duplicate, mirror,
place at the top where you like.
Resize element 2 to 20%, mirror, place on the upper left.

Element 48 work between the leaves and other plants on one side, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate again free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, move between the
leaves at the top how you like.
Resize element 88 to 35%, paste below the leaves at the top of the frame by
the birdhouse.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
