This tut was written August 26th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
Everything used for this tag is included with the kit.
No outside tube was used.

This is an Amazing kit, filled with all you need for
your Halloween tagging fun and more.
Font of choice, I used The Night Creatures
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 6, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.
Paste element 11, move to the right just a little.
Paste element 86 on the left behind the house.
Resize element 108 to 50%, paste at the bottom of the house, duplicate,
twice and move both to the right more.
Resize element 92 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 15%, paste on the left
in front of the house and below the leaves.
Resize element 111 to 30%, mirror, place at the top window on the house.
Resize element 33 to 50%, paste on the right on the leaves.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste behind the sign on the left, duplicate, move
to the right behind the monster holding the ghost.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste on the left above the leaves by the sign.
Resize element 6 to 55%, paste on the left behind the large tree.
Resize element 68 to 30%, paste on the left under the cat layer.
Resize element 41 to 50%, paste on the right behind the monster and ghost.
Resize element 59 to 20%, paste behind the cat on the left.
Resize element 113 to 30%, paste below the monster and ghost layer, adjust
how you like.
Resize element 130 to 40%, paste on the right below the pumpkin, duplicate,
mirror, move below the trees on the left.
Resize element 63 and 85 to 40%, paste at the upper left below the trees.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, move over a bit.
Resize element 22 to 30%, paste on the tree branch above the house.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Resize paper 6, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.
Paste element 11, move to the right just a little.
Paste element 86 on the left behind the house.
Resize element 108 to 50%, paste at the bottom of the house, duplicate,
twice and move both to the right more.
Resize element 92 to 30%, free rotate to the left at 15%, paste on the left
in front of the house and below the leaves.
Resize element 111 to 30%, mirror, place at the top window on the house.
Resize element 33 to 50%, paste on the right on the leaves.
Resize element 20 to 25%, paste behind the sign on the left, duplicate, move
to the right behind the monster holding the ghost.
Resize element 16 to 25%, paste on the left above the leaves by the sign.
Resize element 6 to 55%, paste on the left behind the large tree.
Resize element 68 to 30%, paste on the left under the cat layer.
Resize element 41 to 50%, paste on the right behind the monster and ghost.
Resize element 59 to 20%, paste behind the cat on the left.
Resize element 113 to 30%, paste below the monster and ghost layer, adjust
how you like.
Resize element 130 to 40%, paste on the right below the pumpkin, duplicate,
mirror, move below the trees on the left.
Resize element 63 and 85 to 40%, paste at the upper left below the trees.
Resize element 95 to 25%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, move over a bit.
Resize element 22 to 30%, paste on the tree branch above the house.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
