This tut was written August 28th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Ketka
This tube is part of this Awesome kit.
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
This is an Amazing kit, filled with all you need for
your Halloween tagging fun and more.
Font of choice, I used Sanctuary Playground
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 1, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 35%.
Paste element 130 behind the tube and to the right.
Paste element 67, resize to 95%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 20, move it to the left so the darker part shows, invert, delete.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste at the top left of the frame.
Resize element 149 to 40%, paste at the lower left on the frame layer.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste on the caldron.
Resize element 139 to 40%, paste below the caldron on the left.
Paste element 52 behind the house to the right.
Resize element 112 to 35%, paste at the lower left in front of the caldron.
Resize element 81 to 25%, mirror, paste below the bottles to the left.
Resize element 88 to 30%, paste on the left at the top on the sign, erase a bit
of the hanging part to look like it is hanging on the sign.
Resize element 6 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right.
Resize element 82 to 35%, paste at the top.
Paste element 116 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move up to the top more.
Resize element 128 to 35%, paste at the upper left below the tree layers.
Resize element 65 to 35%, paste on the left behind the books.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste below the caldron and the bottom of the tube
to cover the straight edge of the tube.
Resize element 76 to 30%, place by the scroll at the bottom.
Resize element 69 to 25%, place between the book and the scroll.
Resize element 126 to 10%, place on the book.
Resize element 53 to 35%, paste on the right below the tree so the spider is coming
down on the skulls.
Resize element 64 to 30%, paste on the left being on the top layer.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste on the paper layer in the frame and left of
the tube.
Resize element 9 to 75%, flip, paste at the bottom above the mask layer to the left,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move to the center, adjust so that
the purple part of the flowers does not show much.
Resize paper 1, apply your mask, invert, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 35%.
Paste element 130 behind the tube and to the right.
Paste element 67, resize to 95%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 20, move it to the left so the darker part shows, invert, delete.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste at the top left of the frame.
Resize element 149 to 40%, paste at the lower left on the frame layer.
Resize element 66 to 40%, paste on the caldron.
Resize element 139 to 40%, paste below the caldron on the left.
Paste element 52 behind the house to the right.
Resize element 112 to 35%, paste at the lower left in front of the caldron.
Resize element 81 to 25%, mirror, paste below the bottles to the left.
Resize element 88 to 30%, paste on the left at the top on the sign, erase a bit
of the hanging part to look like it is hanging on the sign.
Resize element 6 to 50%, mirror, paste on the right.
Resize element 82 to 35%, paste at the top.
Paste element 116 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, move up to the top more.
Resize element 128 to 35%, paste at the upper left below the tree layers.
Resize element 65 to 35%, paste on the left behind the books.
Resize element 16 to 50%, paste below the caldron and the bottom of the tube
to cover the straight edge of the tube.
Resize element 76 to 30%, place by the scroll at the bottom.
Resize element 69 to 25%, place between the book and the scroll.
Resize element 126 to 10%, place on the book.
Resize element 53 to 35%, paste on the right below the tree so the spider is coming

Resize element 64 to 30%, paste on the left being on the top layer.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste on the paper layer in the frame and left of
the tube.
Resize element 9 to 75%, flip, paste at the bottom above the mask layer to the left,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move to the center, adjust so that

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
If you are going to animate, merge with a white background.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
Animation
Copy and paste your tag in animation, make 18 layers, same as the animation.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, then resize animation
to 30%, copy all.
Then go to your tag, first frame click, then go to Edit, select all, paste
into selections and place where you like then click.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.
That's it
Add your copyrights and name.
Animation
Copy and paste your tag in animation, make 18 layers, same as the animation.
Click on the first frame of the animation, go to Edit, select all, then resize animation
to 30%, copy all.
Then go to your tag, first frame click, then go to Edit, select all, paste
into selections and place where you like then click.
Test to see if you are happy with it before saving.
