This tut was written Jan 4th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Fiodorova_Maria
Tube is called "Valentine's Day"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

Font of choice, I used Angel Signature
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image, 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste to the left.
Paste element 119 below the tube to the right.
Paste element 125 at the bottom above the tube, duplicate twice, move to
the left and below the tube.
Resize element 18 to 35%, paste at the lower right between the dark grass,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the tube on the left.
Paste element 24 below the water fountain on one side, duplicate, mirror,
erase any overlapping showing behind the tube.
Resize element 118 to 75%, paste behind the water fountain on the right,
duplicate, move to the left behind the grass.
Resize element 63 to 40%, paste on the left below the light color grass,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 60%, paste on the left above the mask layer.
Paste element 11 next and move up a little.
Resize element 53 to 30%, paste above the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 149 above the water fountain at the bottom.
Resize element 115 to 25%, duplicate and place below the dark grass where
you like.
Resize element 6 to 10%, duplicate a couple of times and place on the bottom on
the dark grass where you like.
Resize element 50 to 15%, paste on the water fountain post.
Resize element 65 to 50%, paste on the left below the mailbox layer.
Resize element 124 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate a
couple of times and move where you like.
Paste element 101 below the tube up on the tree, duplicate, move
down and to the left a bit, duplicate once more, flip, move to the top layer
and down on the grass.
Resize element 142 to 15%, paste on the fountain in front of the water,
duplicate, mirror, move on the mailbox.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste to the left.
Paste element 119 below the tube to the right.
Paste element 125 at the bottom above the tube, duplicate twice, move to
the left and below the tube.
Resize element 18 to 35%, paste at the lower right between the dark grass,
duplicate, mirror, move behind the tube on the left.
Paste element 24 below the water fountain on one side, duplicate, mirror,
erase any overlapping showing behind the tube.
Resize element 118 to 75%, paste behind the water fountain on the right,
duplicate, move to the left behind the grass.
Resize element 63 to 40%, paste on the left below the light color grass,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 20 to 60%, paste on the left above the mask layer.
Paste element 11 next and move up a little.
Resize element 53 to 30%, paste above the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 149 above the water fountain at the bottom.
Resize element 115 to 25%, duplicate and place below the dark grass where
you like.
Resize element 6 to 10%, duplicate a couple of times and place on the bottom on
the dark grass where you like.
Resize element 50 to 15%, paste on the water fountain post.
Resize element 65 to 50%, paste on the left below the mailbox layer.
Resize element 124 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate a
couple of times and move where you like.
Paste element 101 below the tube up on the tree, duplicate, move
down and to the left a bit, duplicate once more, flip, move to the top layer
and down on the grass.
Resize element 142 to 15%, paste on the fountain in front of the water,
duplicate, mirror, move on the mailbox.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Always readjust your mask and elements how you like them before you
merge your tag.
Crop your tag to make sure no shadows or anything on the edges, merge visible.
Then add your copyright and name.
