This tut was written Jan 4th, 2020, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is "Girl with Champagne"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
You can find this tube at PFD store HERE
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, Aquarelle
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 116 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 21, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds, with these settings
Width 3, Opacity 25, both boxes checked and the color white.
Add noise to the frame at 25% or whatever you like.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the left above the frame.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste below the tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 50%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate, resize
to 95%, mirror, move back by the other shoe.
Resize element 4 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at
the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste at the lower right above the frame.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste above the box at the bottom.
Resize element 78 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the heart candy box.
Resize element 83 to 20%, paste below the box.
Resize element 72 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 21 to 75%, paste on the mask layer at the top, duplicate,
move to the left and down, duplicate, mirror, move down on the right,
erase the black part showing at the bottom.
Resize element 102 to 40%, paste on the left above the mask layer,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the envelope, erase
some of the silver part.
Resize element 62 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the cupcake.
Resize element 108 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at the
bottom being on the top layer.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 116 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 21, invert, delete, keep selected.
Mirror your tube, paste, delete, select none.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds, with these settings

Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the left above the frame.
Resize element 11 to 40%, paste below the tube layer.
Resize element 24 to 50%, mirror, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the tube, duplicate, resize
to 95%, mirror, move back by the other shoe.
Resize element 4 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at
the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste at the lower right above the frame.
Resize element 3 to 25%, paste above the box at the bottom.
Resize element 78 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the heart candy box.
Resize element 83 to 20%, paste below the box.
Resize element 72 to 20%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 21 to 75%, paste on the mask layer at the top, duplicate,
move to the left and down, duplicate, mirror, move down on the right,
erase the black part showing at the bottom.
Resize element 102 to 40%, paste on the left above the mask layer,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste at the bottom on the envelope, erase
some of the silver part.
Resize element 62 to 20%, paste at the lower right below the cupcake.
Resize element 108 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at the
bottom being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
