Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group, mirror.
Resize element 43 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 14, invert, delete.
Duplicate the frame, resize larger to 110%, move below the paper layer.
Paste element 39 on the top frame, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Multiply.
Go back to the circle frame, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste your close up, adjust how you like, invert, delete,
select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Hard Light, merge down.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the right on the frame.
Mirror element 60, paste on the right below the paper layer of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Resize element 41 to 50%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 2 to 40%, paste below the tube to the right.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste below the tube.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the bottle.
Resize element 62 to 35%, paste on the flowers on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move down on the right above the roses in the box.
Resize element 69 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the tube by her foot.
Paste element 29 on the bottom on the frame.
Resize element 35 to 25%, paste on the bow.
Resize element 80 to 25%, paste below the rose on the bow,
duplicate, move behind the bow on the left.
Resize element 59 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the box with the rose.
Resize element 87 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the box.
Resize element 23 to 10%, paste on the left above the bow and below
the one flower.
Resize element 12 to 30%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 16 to 30%, paste on the left above the white bag.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 34 to 25%, paste behind the box of candy with the roses.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the cupcakes.
Resize element 8 to 12%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 9 to 20%, paste by the other heart.
Resize element 3 to 18%, paste at the bottom to the left of the hearts.
Paste element 78 on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, move down
on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Resize element 43 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 14, invert, delete.
Duplicate the frame, resize larger to 110%, move below the paper layer.
Paste element 39 on the top frame, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Multiply.
Go back to the circle frame, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, paste your close up, adjust how you like, invert, delete,
select none.
Duplicate the tube, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Hard Light, merge down.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the right on the frame.
Mirror element 60, paste on the right below the paper layer of the frame,
duplicate, mirror, adjust on the left.
Resize element 41 to 50%, paste on the frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 2 to 40%, paste below the tube to the right.
Resize element 4 to 40%, paste below the tube.
Resize element 99 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the bottle.
Resize element 62 to 35%, paste on the flowers on the left, duplicate,
mirror, move down on the right above the roses in the box.
Resize element 69 to 30%, paste at the bottom below the tube by her foot.
Paste element 29 on the bottom on the frame.
Resize element 35 to 25%, paste on the bow.
Resize element 80 to 25%, paste below the rose on the bow,
duplicate, move behind the bow on the left.
Resize element 59 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the box with the rose.
Resize element 87 to 20%, paste at the bottom above the box.
Resize element 23 to 10%, paste on the left above the bow and below
the one flower.
Resize element 12 to 30%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 16 to 30%, paste on the left above the white bag.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 34 to 25%, paste behind the box of candy with the roses.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste at the lower left above the cupcakes.
Resize element 8 to 12%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 9 to 20%, paste by the other heart.
Resize element 3 to 18%, paste at the bottom to the left of the hearts.
Paste element 78 on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, move down
on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
