This tut was written Jan 6th, 2020, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is "Sweets with Champagne"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
(Was PTU now FTU)
Font of choice, I used Yessy
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize smaller to
95%. As always adjust to fit your tag better later.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 3, adjust how you like, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your close up tube in the left frame, mirror the tube and paste in the right side,
delete both, select none.
Duplicate both tubes and move up in the left part and behind the tube
in the right frame, change the blend mode on both to Soft Light.
Erase any overlapping parts.
Resize your tube to 85%, paste at the bottom above the frame.
Resize element 15 to 35%, paste below the tube to the right behind her legs,
duplicate, move to the left.
Resize element 7 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the vases.
Resize element 66 to 30%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the wordart layer.
Resize element 11 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the cup layer.
Resize element 54 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the box candy of the tube.
Resize element 83 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the cup.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste below the tube on the lower right.
Resize element 51 to 10%, duplicate two more times and paste all
on the balloons on the left.
Resize element 37 to 10%, paste a the lower right above the wordart,
duplicate, mirror, move by the box of chocolates on the left.
Resize element 83 to 25%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 14, move below the paper layer of the frame on the right, duplicate,
move to the left. Take your pick tool to do any adjusting behind the frame.
Resize element 35 to 20%, paste at the upper right, sharpen, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 19 to 10%, paste at the bottom by the flower.
Resize element 32 to 10%, paste at the lower right above the wordart.
Resize element 90 to 10%, paste on top of the wordart,
duplicate two more times paste on the frame where you like.
Resize element 74 to 85%, paste at the bottom above the mask layer,
duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, duplicate, mirror,
erase any of the large heart that you don't want showing.
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group, resize smaller to
95%. As always adjust to fit your tag better later.
Resize element 50 to 85%, paste, click inside with the magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 3, adjust how you like, invert, delete, keep selected.

Resize element 54 to 15%, paste at the lower left above the box candy of the tube.
Resize element 83 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the cup.
Resize element 12 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube layer.
Resize element 28 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste below the tube on the lower right.
Resize element 51 to 10%, duplicate two more times and paste all
on the balloons on the left.
Resize element 37 to 10%, paste a the lower right above the wordart,
duplicate, mirror, move by the box of chocolates on the left.

duplicate two more times paste on the frame where you like.

duplicate, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, duplicate, mirror,
erase any of the large heart that you don't want showing.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
