This tut was written Jan 22nd, 2020, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 13, apply your mask, delete, merge group, mirror.
Resize your tube to 43%, paste about center, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, move below the
tube to the upper left, duplicate, mirror, move down more on the right.
Duplicate the frames, change the blend mode to Multiply, merge down.
Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 9, invert,
delete, keep selected.
Paste your close up in the right frame, mirror, paste in the left frame, delete,
select none.
Erase any of the arms that are overlapping in the frames, merge down.
Duplicate the close up, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Hard Light, merge down.
Resize element 87 to 20%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees,
apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle,
first number on 18, mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame.
Take your Pick tool to adjust behind the frame,
duplicate, mirror, move down behind the other frame.
Paste element 11 on the mask layer so some shows at the bottom,
duplicate, flip, move at the top so some shows, duplicate, move to the right,
erase any parts you don't want showing.
Resize element 46 to 50%, paste below the tube on the left.
Resize element 36 to 50%, paste on the tall jar.
Resize element 48 to 50%, paste behind the jar on the left, erase any
stem showing below, duplicate, mirror, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees,
move behind the heart.
Resize element 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 3 to 65%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste on the lower left below the love sign.
Resize element 73 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the sign.
Resize element 9 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the glasses.
Resize element 17 to 20%, paste by the heart.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move to the left
so one heart shows, duplicate as many times as you like and move around,
erasing ones you don't want.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste on the left frame, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Multiply, merge down, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste on the musical instrument.
Resize element 78 to 15%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the
lower left above the sign.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Resize your tube to 43%, paste about center, mirror.
Resize element 18 to 75%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, move below the
tube to the upper left, duplicate, mirror, move down more on the right.
Duplicate the frames, change the blend mode to Multiply, merge down.

Resize element 36 to 50%, paste on the tall jar.
Resize element 48 to 50%, paste behind the jar on the left, erase any
stem showing below, duplicate, mirror, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees,
move behind the heart.
Resize element 45 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 3 to 65%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 20 to 50%, paste on the lower left below the love sign.
Resize element 73 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the sign.
Resize element 9 to 35%, paste at the lower right above the glasses.
Resize element 17 to 20%, paste by the heart.
Resize element 13 to 25%, paste at the bottom, duplicate, move to the left
so one heart shows, duplicate as many times as you like and move around,
erasing ones you don't want.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste on the left frame, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Multiply, merge down, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 6 to 25%, paste on the musical instrument.
Resize element 78 to 15%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the
lower left above the sign.
Resize element 42 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
