This tut was written Jan 19th, 2020, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist LysIsange
Tube is called "Gothic Lady"

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 109, move to the top more, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Burn, merge down.
Select your mask, select all, float, defloat, paste your tube below
the arch, invert, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light, merge down.
Paste element 95 at the bottom below the mask to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste on the left above the arch.
Resize element 60 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the tube.
Paste element 25 below the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 21 above the tree layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, resize to 50%, move above the arch on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 50%, paste on the left behind the tube, erase the chain part
and there is a little line to the left, erase.
Duplicate, move to the lower right below the greenery.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube to the left.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the top flower.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste behind the lantern so the flames shows.
Resize element 9 to 20%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 69 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the crow.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the lantern.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste below the rock steps behind the tube.
Resize element 63 to 40%, mirror, paste on the left below the large rose.
Resize element 50 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the lantern layer
by the crow.
Resize element 30 to 50%, paste below the arch on the right so some of
the red flowers shows, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move to the top, below
the mask, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 61 at the top above the little red flowers, resize larger to
105%.
Resize element 81 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Paste element 74 below the arch at the bottom, mirror, move so just
a little of the clouds shows.
Resize element 62 to 40%, paste below the cloud behind the tube, duplicate,
move to the lower right above the small red flowers.
Paste element 53 on the left below the arch layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the skulls with roses.
Resize element 20 to 20%, paste at the top, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees,
duplicate a couple of times, mirror one and place where you like.
Resize element 39 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the skull and roses,
duplicate, move up below the greenery, resize larger to 105%.
Paste element 79 at the top below the mask layer, duplicate, flip, move to
the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Paste element 109, move to the top more, duplicate, change the blend
mode to Burn, merge down.
Select your mask, select all, float, defloat, paste your tube below
the arch, invert, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light, merge down.
Paste element 95 at the bottom below the mask to the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste on the left above the arch.
Resize element 60 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the tube.
Paste element 25 below the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 21 above the tree layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, resize to 50%, move above the arch on one side,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 11 to 50%, paste on the left behind the tube, erase the chain part
and there is a little line to the left, erase.
Duplicate, move to the lower right below the greenery.
Resize element 14 to 50%, paste at the bottom above the tube, duplicate,
mirror, move below the tube to the left.
Resize element 27 to 40%, paste at the lower left above the top flower.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste behind the lantern so the flames shows.
Resize element 9 to 20%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 69 to 25%, paste at the bottom above the crow.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the lantern.
Resize element 3 to 40%, paste below the rock steps behind the tube.
Resize element 63 to 40%, mirror, paste on the left below the large rose.
Resize element 50 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the lantern layer
by the crow.
Resize element 30 to 50%, paste below the arch on the right so some of
the red flowers shows, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move to the top, below
the mask, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 61 at the top above the little red flowers, resize larger to
105%.
Resize element 81 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Paste element 74 below the arch at the bottom, mirror, move so just
a little of the clouds shows.
Resize element 62 to 40%, paste below the cloud behind the tube, duplicate,
move to the lower right above the small red flowers.
Paste element 53 on the left below the arch layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 87 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the skulls with roses.
Resize element 20 to 20%, paste at the top, free rotate to the left at 20 degrees,
duplicate a couple of times, mirror one and place where you like.
Resize element 39 to 35%, paste at the lower right below the skull and roses,
duplicate, move up below the greenery, resize larger to 105%.
Paste element 79 at the top below the mask layer, duplicate, flip, move to
the bottom.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
