This tut was written Jan 6th, 2020 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Marika
The tube is Marika 6-3
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.
This is Marika 6-3 tube at CDO HERE
I used PSPX...but any should work.

Mask of choice I used DFly Mask_0038 HERE

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 6 to 85%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 4 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
resize paper 5 to 90%, paste invert, delete, select none.
Paste the close up tube in the frame to the right, lower the opacity
to around 65%.
Paste element 1 below the paper layer of the frame, rotate to the left at 90
degrees, move to the top, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip.
Paste your tube above the frame off center.
Resize element 50 to 60%, paste on the lower right above the frame.
Resize element 39 to 30%, paste above the book layer.
Resize element 31 to 30%, paste below the glass layer.
Resize element 47 to 50%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 52 to 25%, mirror, paste on the books.
Resize element 26 to 40%, paste at the bottom above the books.
Resize element 42 to 30%, paste at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 38 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the flower.
Resize element 13 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the
bottom left below the tube.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste below the envelope on the left.
Resize wordart 1 to 40%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer.
Resize element 21 to 15%, paste on the frame at the top, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 23 to 40%, paste under the button on the upper right.
Resize element 53 to 65%, paste below the buttons on the frame.
Paste element 36 on the tube where you like.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Resize paper 6 to 85%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize element 38 to 40%, paste at the bottom below the flower.
Resize element 13 to 50%, free rotate to the left at 45 degrees, paste at the
bottom left below the tube.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste below the envelope on the left.

Resize element 21 to 15%, paste on the frame at the top, duplicate, mirror.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
