This tut was written Oct 5th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Elegance-Kela

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 11, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize smaller to 95%.
Paste element 61 to the left, take your free hand tool, draw around the
frame, paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate the frame, mirror, move down some, erase the frame part
and leave the flowers, adjust better once the tube is pasted.
Resize your tube to 22%, paste on the frame to the left a little.
Resize element 88 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Paste element 62, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the paper
layer of the frame at the bottom.
Resize element 4 to 35%, paste on the right below the flowers on the frame.
Resize element 39 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste on the
right below the flowers.
Resize element 59 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 26 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the box.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste by the first rose.
Resize element 28 to 10%, paste by the other roses.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 43 to 15%, paste by the lipstick to the left.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste below the roses at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 20%, paste on the right on the heart element,
duplicate, mirror, move back to the right on the vase.
Resize element 97 to 15%, paste on top of the box on the right.
Resize element 36 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the roses.
Resize element 82 to 20%, paste behind the rose bottle at the bottom.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom between the two perfume bottles.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste at the upper right above the flowers.
Paste element 34 on the mask layer at the bottom left so a few shows,
duplicate, flip, adjust at the upper left.
Resize element 84 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the lipstick.
Resize element 88 to 40%, paste above the tube at the lower left.
Paste element 87 at the upper right on the mask layer.
Resize element 9 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the
perfume bottle layers.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 18 to 20%, paste on the left by the flowers where you like.
Paste element 7 toward the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate,
move to the top and below the tube layer.
Resize element 85 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 96 to 15%, paste at the lower left on the flowers being on
the top layer.
Resize smaller to 95%.
Paste element 61 to the left, take your free hand tool, draw around the
frame, paste paper 4, invert, delete, select none.
Duplicate the frame, mirror, move down some, erase the frame part
and leave the flowers, adjust better once the tube is pasted.
Resize your tube to 22%, paste on the frame to the left a little.
Resize element 88 to 40%, paste at the lower right below the tube.
Paste element 62, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move below the paper
layer of the frame at the bottom.
Resize element 4 to 35%, paste on the right below the flowers on the frame.
Resize element 39 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 20 degrees, paste on the
right below the flowers.
Resize element 59 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the tube.
Resize element 26 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the box.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste by the first rose.
Resize element 28 to 10%, paste by the other roses.
Resize element 31 to 15%, paste at the bottom right.
Resize element 43 to 15%, paste by the lipstick to the left.
Resize element 22 to 25%, paste below the roses at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 20%, paste on the right on the heart element,
duplicate, mirror, move back to the right on the vase.
Resize element 97 to 15%, paste on top of the box on the right.
Resize element 36 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the roses.
Resize element 82 to 20%, paste behind the rose bottle at the bottom.
Resize element 56 to 25%, paste at the bottom between the two perfume bottles.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste at the upper right above the flowers.
Paste element 34 on the mask layer at the bottom left so a few shows,
duplicate, flip, adjust at the upper left.
Resize element 84 to 15%, paste at the lower right below the lipstick.
Resize element 88 to 40%, paste above the tube at the lower left.
Paste element 87 at the upper right on the mask layer.
Resize element 9 to 50%, mirror, paste at the bottom below the
perfume bottle layers.
Resize element 83 to 35%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 18 to 20%, paste on the left by the flowers where you like.
Paste element 7 toward the bottom being on the top layer, duplicate,
move to the top and below the tube layer.
Resize element 85 to 50%, paste on the left below the tube.
Resize element 96 to 15%, paste at the lower left on the flowers being on
the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
