This tut was written Oct 14th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Janna Prosvirina
The tube is "Crochet Companion"
You need a license to use this tube, do not use without a license.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Font of choice, I used I Love What You Do
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 117 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 7, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 85%, mirror, paste on the right on the frame layer.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste under the tube as if she is sitting on it.
Resize element 99 to 75%, paste on the frame on the left below the
pumpkin layer.
Duplicate, resize to 75%, mirror, adjust on the right behind
the tube, duplicate again, mirror, free rotate to the right at 50 degrees,
move to the upper right and move below the larger one.
Resize element 7 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the pumpkin.
Resize element 6 to 23%, paste at the bottom by the book.
Resize element 4 to 25%, paste on the cup.
Resize element 21 to 30%, mirror, paste under the tube's legs at the bottom right.
Resize element 81 to 25%, mirror, flip, paste to the right by the book.
Resize element 47 to 25%, paste on the left below the cup, duplicate, resize to
75%, move down and over a little.
Resize element 27 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the tube layer, then
move the leaves under and over on the book a little more.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 85 to 15%, being on the top layer, paste at the lower
right by the candles, duplicate, mirror, adjust to the left of the cup by
the pumpkins.
Resize element 28 to 15%, paste on top of the book.
Resize element 5 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 20 to 15%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 104 to 50%, paste below the mask layer at the upper left,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move down, duplicate, mirror, adjust
all so just a little of each one shows.
Paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 117 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 7, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 85%, mirror, paste on the right on the frame layer.
Resize element 46 to 40%, paste under the tube as if she is sitting on it.
Resize element 99 to 75%, paste on the frame on the left below the
pumpkin layer.
Duplicate, resize to 75%, mirror, adjust on the right behind
the tube, duplicate again, mirror, free rotate to the right at 50 degrees,
move to the upper right and move below the larger one.
Resize element 7 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the pumpkin.
Resize element 6 to 23%, paste at the bottom by the book.
Resize element 4 to 25%, paste on the cup.
Resize element 21 to 30%, mirror, paste under the tube's legs at the bottom right.
Resize element 81 to 25%, mirror, flip, paste to the right by the book.
Resize element 47 to 25%, paste on the left below the cup, duplicate, resize to
75%, move down and over a little.
Resize element 27 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the tube layer, then
move the leaves under and over on the book a little more.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 85 to 15%, being on the top layer, paste at the lower
right by the candles, duplicate, mirror, adjust to the left of the cup by
the pumpkins.
Resize element 28 to 15%, paste on top of the book.
Resize element 5 to 15%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 20 to 15%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 104 to 50%, paste below the mask layer at the upper left,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move down, duplicate, mirror, adjust
all so just a little of each one shows.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
